6 Week Fat Loss Challenge

Hoping to get some lifts in today, but super busy. Had a fire education class with a bunch of 2nd graders, and then a structure fire. Supposed to get together and study for our annual EMT scopes, and then have to actually do them at 1800 tonight. My diet yesterday was ridiculously on point, even turned down Reece's PB cups. Got on the scale this morning and Im back down to 223. I had sung back up to 231 so Im happy with what's happening . Ill check in later with what Im hoping will be my workout

Nice work, brother! Reeses are a serious weakness of mine. I'm worried about next week, honestly... Halloween is going to really suck :).

This^^^^^^

Always Maryanne over Ginger. Pretty sure Ginger was a whore.
Ginger was the toy and MaryAnn was the one you take home to Momma!
Oh yeah....some Delta Burke. That just sounds like a fat bytches name...lol
She was super hot, hell she still looked good when she got heavy!
BloodManor
I got back pumps every day. Taurine isn't cutting it for long.
Sucks.
Add Potassium and Magnesium and it should get better.

BEAST73 - you are hearby the winner of the "Most likely to actually be a superhero award" - You may be going for Superman in that second shot, but I see some similarities in the two photos above. Anyone else see it?

I wish the hip tire would deflate, isn't there a "tire-off" pill -or something?
Arrrg, have to diet it down with cardio.

This is a quote from HGP's thread. hairygrandpa - the guy above runs 12 miles at a time. You sure cardio will make you small? Just sayin'

Just a quick update... Lots of failure going on here, so I'd like to pile on...

207.4 this weekend. That's up a full 4 lb. But I still feel like I am as lean if not more than last week in the mirror. So I honestly think it's got to be added muscle and maybe some water. But not new fat... This is exactly why I don't put much stock in the scale. I'm now on my last week of Sup3r-4. If I had to guess, it's probably finally hitting full steam in my system. After all, it took 4 weeks for Epidrone to hit me full steam. So it may very well be the GAINZ I've been waiting on. :)

One of these days, I'll get to 199.8 and it will be a glorious day. That said, I'm totally cool with it being a long way off as long as the fat:muscle ratio continues going in the right direction!

Everyone keeps bringing up failure like it is a bad thing. If you never DO then you will never fail.....Failure is part of DOING. How you view it, deal with it, and come back is what matters. I don't think it is bad at all. To quote smith_69 - the journey is just as important as the destination.

And it's funny - because being up 4 pounds is your reason not to put much stock in the scale, and it's my reason that I check the scale more often. Getting used to water fluctuations on a daily basis and having the data (as long as you don't obsess and make it an issue) - can really help you determine what's going on, or stop you before you blow an entire week. But both sides have merits and I don't disagree with you...it's just interesting how different methods yield the same success in different ways.

If you're gonna go that route....make sure you get a heavy duty rope. You are a beast. (ok...just so everyone knows....even in real life I have a real problem with telling where "the line" is oftentimes. Usually the only way I know is when I look in the rear view mirror and realize I crossed it a long time ago.)

Brother you know youre good with me! Not 1 line was endangered while filming this thread

Yeah, you fat f**k!
HIT4ME, you should get that on a t-shirt!

LMAO - how about, "Great Job" on the front, and on the back, "You fat f#ck"?

Would that fly? I could just use the fat f#ck t-shirt for myself still haha.

lol - not worried about you. I just called you a naughty word and you and SFreed are rolling with it. Just don't want anyone else to read it wrong, although I think everyone in this thread is good with it.

Yeah, something like "Get behind me, you fat f**k"

And then go to WalMart. Let the hilarity begin!

I love that - I'd love to film a trip through WM with that shirt on for Youtube!

Salmon whipped into some cream cheese, spread on Dave's Killer Bread (Super Seed), and Hard Boiled Eggs made perfect! by my new Rapid Egg Cooker. This. How I lived without this thing is beyond me. I just made 6 perfectly easy to peel hard boiled eggs in 12 minutes.

A big part of our diets is being prepared, and having the tools at our disposal to make good food instead of referring to processed foods in a pinch. If we can make delicious healthy food, we've already given ourselves an incredible edge towards success. I think we can all agree, this is where most of us have failed. No matter how much hard work you put into the gym. The food we eat will be the ruin of our efforts.

That looks darn tasty, sir. I need to get me one of those!

Woke up at probably a real 205 today (instead of last time where I probably was just extra dry). For some reason, this cut is much easier than anything I've done so far. Also, officially using 200mg Caffeine every day. I am curious to see how Lipodrene (DMAA variant) treats me later on, but I'm saving it.

OK, you are a beast - but is there any friggin' reason you're doing pull downs and not pull ups?

As for holding at 223 - this is the mind game that goes on. For some reason, weight doesn't come off when you burn fat. You will OFTEN go 5-6 days at the same weight or just creeping downward so slowly, and then (if you are doing everything you should), it will just come off in 1-2 days and you'll be so happy with those days only to start all over again. Just keep doing things right and putting in the work. You have made amazing changes and it is still happening. I always harp on this, but "have faith".

Nice Workout!

I agree about the food
I have been lifting heavy and eating whatever I want for years. I have put on lots of mass but do not have the body that I want. Not till I started counting cals I have been getting to where I always wanted to be.

Hard work is still abound in this thread. Keep it up guys!

My goodness that's some heavy duty lifting. No pb cups good!

Love those things myself.
I always assume the bar is 30 but that could be wrong. I may just list plates only moving forward.

Good idea!

Same here. It's amazing when you start paying attention. Right now I'm hangry. I ate too little today but all quality. More eggs for dinner, cereal w whole milk and a protein drink.

Chest and arms tomorrow. Looking to ramp that up.

I have faith brother, and I know itll come off, but unfortunately I was diagnosed with a non cure able disease called impatience. As far as pullups, I apologize, I did actually finish with some WIDE grip pullups for sets of 10,8 and 6. Was going to try the weighted belt but the chain was broken. Just forgot to add it in here.
