Cooking with whey

Bob what do you do with all this food after you cook it

Most of it I easily fit into my macros for my refeed since my kcals have risen a bit the last few weeks. The Coffee I can have daily.

Coffee was trace carbs of fat free whip cream, and a half scoop protein powder + Spices
Cookies were around 100 kcals each
Pancakes were 600 entire stack.

As you know, because you have had my stuff countless times. You are well aware how caloric friendly they are.
If I make a big batch of cookies Ill have a few for myself, and maybe give 1-2 to mom/grandma, or take some to co workers.

PB&J fans, have some cake!

Bob, those cookies look great. I don't know if they are released yet, but I know there are caramel filled M&ms out or being released. Those would be great with your recipe as well.

Dang Bob! Killing the red velvet game!!! How'd you make the frosting on both of these?

Both very similar

Greek Yogurt + SF/FF Pudding Cheesecake Mix + Splenda + Dash of Modern Vanilla (used a pastry tip for the cupcake) for the pancakes mixed in a bowl and just layered.
Sprinkles for the cupcake i got from walmart

I have another Red Velvet variation coming Saturday/Sunday for my refeed.

I made a mini glazed cake. It's one of the tastier things I've made but not the prettiest. I almost dropped it pulling it out to test the texture and while securing it my palm went into the top.
