I've read that on here before too, but i cant find anything online about it. Nor does WedMD have it as one of the side effects.

Linear Leg Press
12 reps x 180lbs - 4 sets

HS Single Leg Raises

Seated Calf Extensions

DB Bicep Curls

DAILY NOTES: Still feel good, nice pump and vascularity when doing biceps today.
Have been getting minor headaches for the a couple days now. Wondering how this is
effecting my BP or if its something else thats causing them. Because Ive run Androsterone
up to 1000mg per day and never had an BP issues or headaches.
 
Stupid question - are you drinking enough water? I realized that I was feeling so "amped" I had - without realizing it - upped the intensity AND volume of my workout. So I now I carry my big boy water bottle and no more headaches.....

i have been drinking water, but maybe not enough. I'll see if that helps over the next few days.

Definately with you on the need to increase water intake the more
Stims and supps you take.
I always had a issue with getting severe
migraines when id take any major amounts of stims years ago.

Prior to intense training, and before i increased in muscle mass,
i could get by with just the average 6 - 8 cups water a day like most
average people. But now my muscles consume so much water for past
10 years of training and high amounts of stims, that i have to carry
water with me EVERYWHERE i go, andi know exactly when i need to
drink if by chance i cant get an oppurtunity. As my muscles will start
severely tensing and my nerves start feeling freyed. Next comes
the headaches and if i dont get enough consumed it will turn into
a 6 hour long migraine.

But i dont let that happen anymore past few
years from experience. Even now ive found i need at least 2 liters
of water during and immediately after training.

I only plan on increasing if my BP stays under control, which I doubt it will.
I'm also running 10mg osta, BMP powder, DCP and just started Follidrone 2.0 again this morning.

Because at some point Im adding OL Leg3nd & Sup3r 11 plus AlphaDrone & 11 K Test Spray.
And I have Alpha Stano & Stano TD on hand, plus NI Androsterone powder, which I will either
cap up or maybe even put some in Salvo.

Yeah, but I tapped out today, no more Andro. My BP is going up slowly and I'm tired of worrying about it.
 
BP is slightly elevated.

Took 2 readings about an hour after my morning dose

122 over 87
120 over 79

My normal BP is 110 to 115 over 70 to 72
 
Apple cider vinegar, right? Personally, I pop some cayenne capsules 3x ed - does wonders....

I got some Cayenne in the stash, I will break it out !
 
As a man who takes Blood pressures for a living, those are still good and well within the "healthy" range

I had my heart rate over 180bpm this morning, I wonder what my BP was ??
 
Was that while doing cardio....?

AM Fasted Cardio ---- Might have been the Jacked Sample I tried ..... I did have a good sweat going !!

- Helps Increase Strength - have noticed slight strength increases
- Helps Increase Vascularity - most definitely. Veins have been popping on my arms all week..!
- Helps Improve Libido - small increase in libido so far
- Helps Reduce Body Fat - yes, my waist has already gotten a 1/4" smaller
- Helps Increase Energy - energy levels have been within an hour of dosing
- Helps Improve Overall Mood - yes, definitely have more of an alpha feeeling
- Helps Reduce Water Retention - yes, more frequently urinating
- Helps Improve Muscle Recovery - not sure yet
- Helps Reduce Cortisol Levels - not sure yet

NEGATIVE EFFECTS SO FAR

- Blood Pressure Increase = Yes, BP is up about 8-10 points overall from my normal readings
- Headaches - Yes, have had minor head pressure all week, Not sure if its from BP increase or lack of water
- Anger - Yes, slight anger / aggression increase this week. Almost lost my temper once

Nice workout for legs, i used to have leg day on Mondays but have switched to Tuesdays to trick body, so i will be going in the gym in 10 mins to do front squats, stiff leg dead-lifts and donkey calve raises, and leg raises then Friday is my 2nd leg workout where i will do leg press, hack squats, leg extensions, leg curls, seated calve raises and standing or calve raises on leg press machine.

Thanks bro. I started doing Legs on Mondays a few months back. I read an article about training your largest groups
of muscles earliest in the week, so I do legs on Mondays and Back on Tuesdays. I've also added a 2nd leg day I do
on Thursdays usually.

I may switch up my routine and do that. Typically I will do chest on mondays and legs on thrusday or friday. Legs are definitely my lagging body part so I should put them first.
