R-Andro Shred Log - Day 19 (Friday, 8/26)

R-Andro Shred Dosing: 1 tablet @ breakfast, 2 tablet 1 hour B4 AM workout & 1 tablet @ dinner.

CARDIO: 30 minutes total

Stair Climber - 20 minutes @ Level 6

Treadmill - 10 minutes @ Level 3.5 & Incline 5

DAILY NOTES: Was feeling really tired and lethargic today. Did not even feel like working out.
Wanted to go home and take a nap, but went back to work instead. Seems like a week on 4 tablets
has started to cause some Lethargy. Probably from the Gaba modulation that Androsterone can cause.
May need to add some EpiAndro to the mix if lethargy continues to get worse next week.

As with anything, as long as you do it in moderation, and take the proper precautions, you should be ok.
Don't want to damage your long term health, for short terms gains ;)

Even if it is shutting you down, the DHT conversion on this is pretty strong, and DHT is the major factor
of how the male libido and sex drive work.

No Im not. I usually always take joint supplements when Im running any cycles. especially ones with
DHT based compounds because they can lower your estrogen, and almost work like an AI, which
most people will get dry joints when E2 gets low.

So the First 10 days i was just finishing up a bottle of USP Labs Super Cissus, and then started
PES GenoFlex when the 1st bottle was done. Right now my joints are feeling better then when I started
this cycle. Pre cycle my knees were creaking when i walked up my steps at the house.

I know that feeling!!

Lethargy is the only con to a really great product. I've taken to walking around with one of them dang insulated cups of highly caffeinated protein all day long just to keep my head on straight.
Then again it might just be that my workouts have gotten longer and tougher.
Bottom line results are undeniable so what's a little lethargy...:)

Amen to this. Nothing wrong with a little caffeine or additional stims as in as BP is in check. Results and feedback have been great thus far.

Lethargy in definitely an issue on this. Especially at higher doses. i prefer Ephedrine over Caffeine.
Too much Caffeine gives to a cracked out feeling.

Not really a big fan of taking stims on cycle, but I will take a low dose of Ephedrine or a Coffee
if needed to help overcome some lethargy.

It's truly FANTASTIC when after a hardcore session you're already planning another session for that day - seems like 5 tabs might have kicked it up a notch?
