TRAINING:
Training: I work out 5 days a week.
Program: Similar to FST-7. Mon - Legs/Abs, Tue - Back/Traps, Wed - Bi/Tri/Abs, Thur - Legs, Fri - Chest/Abs
Cardio: 5 cardio sessions per week usually 20-30 minutes (HIIT and/or LISS)
I will also be doing a few 2 a days each week for various body parts like Legs, Chest & Traps
DIET:
Protein Sources: Eggs, Chicken, Fish, Whey, Casein & occasionally Beef
Carb Sources: Oats, Flax, Bran, and occasionally Sweet Potatoes
Fat Sources: Eggs, Peanut Butter, Olive Oil, & Fish Oils
Macros: Usually shoot for 200-250g Protein, 50-100g Carbs & remainder in Fat
Meal Frequency: 5-6 Meals & snacks per day
TDEE: Roughly 2300-2400
Will be running at a 250-500 deficit and will adjust accordingly
