best anti cortisol supplent in 2016

Does somebody know how long you can run reduce xt ?

We recommend 8weeks on 4 off at the most. I've personally never seen any issues at that length but cannot attest to further.

You should allow your body to normalize at times to ensure it maintains proper hormonal function.

Has been since Lean Xtreme reformulated, lol. Lets put it that way. ;)

Even then they were pretty much on par with each other. Lean just had a few more goodies in it. Great stuff for sure

Mpa cortisolve in the morning. SNS reduce XT at night. Think I'm doing ok after cereal, bageks, sushi, subway and chips

Do you guys think that Reduce XT in the AM and Invictus PM would be overkill?

So long as you're not full dosing both of them I would think you should be ok. Crushing cortisol isn't good either

I wouldnt even consider an Ashwagandha product in the same class as Reduce XT, Invcitus or 11kt. It may have a broad amount of benefits but no where near as effective
Valid point, but ashwagandha is a generally healthy supplement with many benefits that can be taken regularly for a good length of time (>8 weeks for sure). For the $5/month it costs, it's hard to not recommend it really, but yeah, some people want something stronger sometimes.

I wouldn't see the use case, both are potent on their own.

Use one until it's empty and then use the other. No need to use both at the same time and spend more money.

It's overkill to take it in the PM, unless you train late and use it around a workout. But taking before bed or in the evening on non-w/o days it's generally helpful. Nighttime/sleep time is when cort is normally low anyway, so what's the point in antagonizing something that isn't there? Working within your endocrine systems natural cycles is what helps you avoid sides, tolerance, and get the most out of your supps! That means the best time to use something like R-XT is first thing AM, and again around mid to late afternoon when cort is normally higher than you'd like. Also immediately pre or post-w/o can be useful sometimes.

As far as using 7-OH and AET together that's not overkill, it works very well and you can reduce the doses of both accordingly when you combine. (original LX caps were 25mg of each, and that's the actual standard the rest were designed by.)

;)

for those who get the late night dessert cravings, it's not overkill. I've not had my late night ice cream cravings while running invictus...helps so much with the cravings!

Duuuuude, Ice cream is like efing kryptonite!!!!! especially now that it's super hot! I do love me some mint chocolate chip ice cream too! But, the real deal is cookies and cream. or anything with chocolate and pb. or, for something refreshing, the Hagan daaz Pineapple coconut.

thank god that I took my invictus earlier...

Oh yeah, i hear what you're sayin. Anything with coconut in it, C'n'C, pistachio, or whatever, lol. It IS freakin' hot out there! I'll chase down the ice cream man if he's not driving fast enough. :p

Both are excellent. I have a bottle of each of hand so I might have to give this a run of lower each dosage and running at same time to see if worth it.

Yeah, it's a good one at just the right dose. A bit blunting mentally though if you get greedy with it.
I'd rather just not dose it too high and get the acute endurance and anti-fatigue benefits from it. I'd prefer ashwagandha and/or tongkat ali for cortisol control as far as adaptogens go.

Rhodiola would not be a choice for me for cort control. There is a point of dimished return with rhodiola and you need to hit the sweet spot. Too much and it will knock you out.

It's different for everyone and depends on the mg and what the extract is. That is the most vague answer ever but also the only true one. It even comes down to different brands. That is the frustration with adaptogens, but when you get it right, they are wonderful.

For me personally, I prefer either the tried and true 3:1 ratio at 250-500mg or lean on the higher side of salidrosides because I am a dopamine junkie.

any recommendations on brands? And, if I'm allowed to ask, where do you order? I've been using powder city, but about to make an order and thinking of trying a different retailer.

I get everything off Amazon Prime unless I am seeking a proprietary product from a company on here. I have had good luck with Solgar and NOW with normal 3:1 ratios. For my high salidroside I go with a bulk company.

Another nod to Reduce XT. And heard good things about Invictus in its short tenure thus far.

Saw a couple mentions of Abliderate, but wanted to mention it myself. I enjoy AMMO because I'm lazy and a pill upon rising and one before bed is easy to do lol. When specifically aiming for fat loss in the trunk, however, Absolutely Abliderate or Abliderate Advanced are just phenomenal.

I lean on your side. You are siding with Published data.

Thanks. Ashwagandha + tongkat ali is plenty for cortisol control much of the time IMO. PS is another good option, but can get pricey if you dose it high (600-800mg). All 3 have many other benefits as well, and are generally healthy as well.

I know it's not marketed specifically as a cortisol control product, but AlphaMax XT does contain effective doses of ashwagandha and tongkat ali, making it an effective way to keep cortisol under control without shutting it down completely, which I argue you don't want to do.

im taking conquer unleashed, trump, and plan on taking bmp would that be to much?

How long does a reduce xt bottle last? What 7-keto dose would you guys aim for?

Reduce XT lasts for 30 days at the suggested 3 pills/day.

Very reasonably priced as well. You can find it for around $23/bottle online.

7-keto DHEA is the best bet if not going the full hormonal route (where 11-kt would be the best bet then)

Formutech Nutrition offers it in their "Youth" product

What 7keto supplement would you recommend? I'm looking into adding it in to my pct for cort control
