Today's a rest day. Just went in and did 30 mins of sprints. 1min sprint/1min walk. Legs are very sore. Hubby rubbed my back last night so it's feeling pretty good!
 
So, we had to shoot a commercial for our new downtown office today...I had to be in it too! Not my cup of tea being in front of the camera but we made it fun. Even had a makeup girl on set! Feel like I have a lot on! Lol

Functional and stylish are not necessarily mutually exclusive, but they don't always share the same space. Whatever works, right?

Besides, the time we spend in the gym is to look great outside of it, not to "walk the red carpet" inside. We are there to lift! :D

My job is so good and bad for my diet. Every other day is a company luncheon or a breakfast (Olive Garden, Pizza, donuts, etc).

But.... They also promote a healthy lifestyle so they offer everyone a Fitbit and do monthly challenges and prizes. Also, they give everyone a long lunch so we can go for a walk if we choose.

I'm a lucky girl. :)

I feel quite on edge with the osta...I remember feeling it last time but guess I don't remember it being this bad....people are testing my patience today! Hahaha You know the quiet ones who seems patient, are the ticking time bombs.
