Yeatetday night, 39 temp, I woke up in sweat lol ripped as **** and temp is 36 so I went to the gym to do legs! Boom!!! Nice sesh and cardio now. I'll take like 1 complete rest day tomorrow my body deserve it... Interesting how I got leaner and ripped than before having the fever lol

I know how it goes. When I get sick, it is really hard to take even a day off of training or work, but sometimes you have to or else your body will give out and then you'll be down for even more time. It's just so hard to mentally convince yourself that it is for the best.

250% True :) usually I feel better while training lol anyway it's ok I now have Sunday off recovering from long week training and from fever :)
 
so.... I am not feeling really well... honestly I am anyway also tempted to go to the gym even if I have already complete all my program for the weel.... on Sunday I use to go to enjoy the freedom to do whatever I want to do.... staying at home will make me feel like "fat" and not improving.... I know it sounds stupid but this is the feeling :( any suggestions? would you go? just to do something, keep moving? or not?

I got addicted with Ray Donovan tv series :) I watched 8eps 1st season all in one go!

Today I was feeling still a bit down I got a cold but fever went away :) the training sesh was great! I even went up with weights so the rest day worked well :) recovering fast!

Hard to pick a fave oats mix...

Mine might be gourmet vanilla with spices mixed in (or another Select, like Blondie/Snickerdoodle)

The vanilla comes out creamy AF in oats.

Also a big fan of classic Snickerdoodle oats + cocoa, or PBC + extra PBlean (or PB2)

Nice! I use frozen blueberries because they're easy and taste delicious. I rotate between that, chocolate peanut butter cup with more peanut butter added, and raisins with cinnamon, ginger, clove, and nutmeg when I have a few extra seconds in the morning.

today workout was massive! I couldn't believe in the amount of endurance and energy I had, I literally smashed every set and I even went up again with weights :)

weight is 1kg more and I am lean as before! so I look more rock solid and swollen and no fat/water, I am so happy :) I will have to stop for a month in about 1 week but I am confident true zma and forsk+ will help me a lot :) obviously e( will remain with me as usual :)

time to go sleep for me guys! and get some GAINZZZ!!!
 
arms+shoulders day and HIIT as usual, I decreased cardio and increased a bit carbs again, results? I lost 1kg in one week and I am leaner than before! I love when it happens :) the next week is my last week with epro+ and ABE elite new, I will then post some more pics even if there are enough i guess and also post a review :)

Happy monday everyone!

sunny day here in the UK very strange indeed lol lets enjoy the sun! its Monday today and as usual the gym will be overcrowded of useless ppl checking their phones and taking selfies LOOOOOL ok so probably i'll do just cardio today... that will be easy since nobody usually to that

feel great today, honestly a bit watery lol since I eat ****loads duwing the weekend, muffins and cakes and steaks + some protein bars + cereal bars so.... not really stick to diet but I needed that and I am now ready to smash it again and heavier than before!

weight this morning was showing one additional kg but it is due to water and all things I had during the we, so no much relevant to the actual picture.

I am confident I will feel stronger and fuller today :)

I have just this week with erase pro+ and ABE instead finish today

ill have 1 month break using forsk+ PES and true zma.

I will dose the forsk like abe pre and post WO and I will take 2 caps each time so 2 dose x 2 caps so totally 100mg a day, if you have any advise please share.

today I will smash the iron, back+chest+HIIT

abs are burning so YEAHHHHH i am always happy when that happen :)

abe and erase are going to finish this week but I can't wait to start true zma and forsk :)
 
I saw true ZMA but honestly I have no clue what benefits are so pose to come out of it lol what will you see from it?

uhm I decided to use it as a supplement to fill the gap between one cycle and another cause its not recommended to use abe and/or epro+ for more than 2 months, I would expect well being and increase in test, its basically like a "better version" of the usual zma, I wouldn't expect that much to be honest but I will log it here :)

I am slowly but consistently loosing water :) and even if I am adding some nuts at the pre sleep meal I am improbving a lot since Sunday :) (i had too many "things" out of the diet lol) anywya the pump was great! obs e9+HV is something really BOOOOOOOM, abe has finished and epro too :( one month of true zma+forsk :) I will start next sunday tho, I am taking this week as "detox" :)

Honestly I'm still lean and of course the water has gone... I'm not taking able and epro and my body still keep up with mass and leanness and also pump and fullness are there :)

Pretty impressed lol if I'll be able to keep up like this it will be great

I'm about to start TruZMA as well. That and GenoFlex! I'm going to try it out for a month or 2 before starting back up with AnaBeta Elite and Erase Pro+

Today still great at the gym... Still same strength and same endurance the fact I finished abe and epro is not affecting the performance so far :) one thing I wanted to ask... I'm having some acne and I was wondering if this can be related to epro?
 
I've personally never had an issue with that, but it's always a possibility depending on how your body responds. Did it just start?

Hmm, I don't think it's the Erase Pro then, but again, anything is possible. It's just one of those vague side effects that could be because of a million things including stress and diet.

Yep although diet is still he same and I'm not stressed but I don't mind I'll keep monitoring it now I stopped epro lets see what happen :)
