Quick update guys

Weight has gone up of 500g and fat% still the same, I guess I weighted myself at the wrong time just 2h after my weekly cheat meal hahahahah

1 burger
Chips
2 muffins - caramel and chocolate lol

The atomic weight of the muffins was higher than the atomic weight of s white dwarf star looool it was 7cm diameter and weighted 2kg hahahahah of pure butter hahahahah ha

Anyway yes lol I had that and I'm not feeling guilty.... at least I "wasn't" until the scale showed me the 500g increase hahahahah but I know it'll go away in a couple of days with all he accumulated water :)

Training is good and I still go up with weights, diet is solid and keeping me full and not hungry :) plenty of energy for my wo

I'm doing cardio just now after a legs sesh

Libido is still going up and I guess it's all coming from true zma, fullness and solidness is here and that's from forsk I'm sure, I'm 100mg a day and not thinking to go higher for now.

My weigh ins are usually the morning of the day I know I will cheat/refeed, and not again for at least several days (though i'm a once weekly guy)

It was a loooooong time since I haven't had "Snickerdoodle" Select, and that's cause I still had the vanilla and wcm bought some time ago.... So.... Guys it's a drug!!!! I can definitely say, at least now, this is my favourite!!!

I even went up with carbs... I see myself a bit flat honestly so I guess I need some cheat, what do you think?

You're looking great. I would go for the cheat meal. Even if you're doing fine without it physically, it always seems to help me mentally.

Hormones are ok I guess, lots of libido :)

Strength is increasing again and feel great, like well being all the time :) so i guess it's working very well

I just see myself a bit flat and that's why I wanted to have a cheat meal :)

And now you saying it's ok I will have it boom!

ok, everything is going good I would like to try to increase the dosage of forsk to 150mg from 100mg what do you think? its 1 month I am taking forsk, it took me a while to adapt to it initially but than great boom!

diet wise I am still following the same, I was thinking to keep as it is for now and not changing, I am getting good results in terms of metabolism and food intake, macros are pretty high in carbs but my body is adapting to it and I am still looking pretty lean :)

I am happy so far given the results I am getting from just true zma and forsk (e9 is a staple)

libido is skyrocketing :) just to let you know this true zma is great! strength as well is matching the libido :)

I am just a bit tired at the end of my workout before attacking the treadmill, I will put int some caffeine lol, I need to.... just to have a push :)

Zma is great is a correct statement my friend. Looks like you truly are reaping the benefits from it. Caffeine is always necessary when it comes to cardio! :)

I never thought about caffeine as a "need" but lately I feel like I need it even if while I'm doing weights all is good and I have strength and a lot!

Maybe it's just me but I've always looked to a little caffeine pregame. Ever since my first days of lifting slamming down a cup of joe. Then moved on to preworkouts and there goodies.

I ordered some bcaa which has caffeine as well to take in the between my weight sesh and my cardio :)

Still feeling a bit down while doing cardio, strength is completely different thing, I feel like its increasing lol and I can see it based on weights I lift :)

So guys hope you had good Easter for those of you celebrating it and hope you had your good amount of chocolate ha!

I had mine, organic 80% dark chocolate egg :) I now completely stop these cheats lol Easter to me is like the line that shouldn't be crossed, after Easter only programmed cheat meals and focus on training in order to achieve the goals I set in my mind :)

I'll continue lean mass and recomp this week, I'll change diet and training next week.

Overall I can say I'm still in good shape even after the chocolate eggs ahahahah I'm ready for a chest+back sesh today and can't wait to attack the iron!

Let me know what you think please :) should I start decreasing the carbs to get ripped like starting a bit to cut but just slowly or keep eating like now

240-250g carbs
210g pro
49g fats of which saturated 20g

The above macros are the ones I'm on now :)

Trust me mate, thx a lot but i was way more lean than now lol but I was using epro abe and forsk also I was on 60g carbs a day :)
