ok, everything is going good I would like to try to increase the dosage of forsk to 150mg from 100mg what do you think? its 1 month I am taking forsk, it took me a while to adapt to it initially but than great boom!
diet wise I am still following the same, I was thinking to keep as it is for now and not changing, I am getting good results in terms of metabolism and food intake, macros are pretty high in carbs but my body is adapting to it and I am still looking pretty lean
I am happy so far given the results I am getting from just true zma and forsk (e9 is a staple)

I ordered some bcaa which has caffeine as well to take in the between my weight sesh and my cardioMaybe it's just me but I've always looked to a little caffeine pregame. Ever since my first days of lifting slamming down a cup of joe. Then moved on to preworkouts and there goodies.
