Man, work has been killing me but I will be home tomorrow and be able to put everything together. Tomorrow afternoon you will have access to all the details.
 
I think A.M. should give out a special achievement you can unlock. For yates it would be something like "Jedi Master." This guy provides us all with so much good information,thank you for all your efforts Yates.

I am almost at the end of a 6-week Osta cycle at 25mg ED (logged here: First Osta cycle). So far I haven't had any sides, with the exception of my testicles hanging at different levels. I noticed it one night when I got up to pee, took 1500mg bulbine and it everything was back to normal next morning. I actually don't even know that it's a side of Osta and not just something that just happened. It's just that since I started my cycle I have been looking at my testicles avery time I go pee. I won't lie ... my testicles are feeling a little bit awkward with all the scrutiny into their daily affairs. We just try not to make eye contact for longer than necessary.
For PCT, al least having a SERM on hand is a prudent idea. I am hoping to be able to do an OTC PCT. I am itching to try out BLR Rebirth, but that will be dependent on blood values. I have done bloods before the cycle, I am going to run them again at the end of the cycle-pre PCT, and then again post PCT. A lot of the guys on the forums have experience with running cycles so most likely they have a feel of where they are at. As this is my first cycle, I have no experience, so I want to know exactly where I am at. That allows me to make better informed decisions, ask better questions if I get in trouble, and it gives me more options, like maybe doing an OTC PCT.
The reason why there is a lot of conflicting information on Osta is because the results, side effects, etc are user dependent. Some people get shutdown, some barely see any suppression. Some see decent gains, others don't see anything. For me it has worked really nicely and not experienced any of the things others have mentioned.
As far as alcohol, if you have a decent diet, a drink here and there won't hurt you. I think I have had two beers over the last six weeks. However Osta is not liver toxic, so it is not a concern.
The wait time should probably just follow the conventional wisdom that time off = time on + PCT.

What brand lgd did you use? Also, lgd and ostarine are geared towards 2 completely different goals. Gimme some more info on what you ran and how you ran it. We can come up with something for you.
 
I am on week 4 of LGD, and i have gained nothing at all, and this is my first time cycling anything at all, so i expected more, the brand i am running is Focused nutrition, and the pills are dosed with 10mg LGD-4033 each which is what i have been taking once daily.

Don't give up bro, week 4 is where lgd is just starting to get good. I would finish your cycle and put 100% into it before calling your cycle a failure. I assume you are bulking?

Yes i am bulking, i am eating around 3800 calories. I hope i see some results soon :/ if not, i will probably get some Epistane or some other beginner PH, and run that. On another note, if i have zero suppression after week 8 on LGD, do i even need to run pct?

Yes. Are you getting blood work done? How exactly will you tell if you have zero suppression?

I would definitely pct unless you get bloodwork showing you aren't suppressed. Let me help you set up your next cycle, promise I will set you up with something that will be effective and meet your goals.

I have been training the same way for 3 years, high volume, high frequency, my body has always recovered quickly, and i have had great results with this kind of training size wise. I workout 6 days a week.

Sweet, thought Id ask cos lots of guys change up their routine when they do their first cycle, which as you might imagine adds a major confound if things go awry.

Something else to rule out, though...is it possible you are in early stages of overreaching? I run high volume/frequency, and found that during my first LGD run the typical overreach symptoms were being ‘masked‘ by the compound. When I dropped my volume back a notch, progression followed. And, this was better than typical progression.

I don't see any reason why you can't. Osta sounds a lot more fun than dnp too.
 
why do some other forums say that SARMs cannot be sold in pill form therefore any company who sell them are selling prohormones.. i thought they were selling them but had to start taking them off market because of legal issues. I still think olympus labs sold the real stuff?

Because the forum you were on is trying to discredit other companies' products so that you only buy from them.

I agree with you and thats what I was thinking also, but is there a reason OL pulled their sarm products? because they are not being sold anymore to my understanding

Is that last part a statement or a question , and this has been discussed before . Just ask yourself this , sugar comes in a powder , we ingest it , do you think that if i have plain powdered sugar in a cap and I have some sugar I've mixed with propylene glycol , that somehow the sugar in solution is now the only way to consume sugar ?Sarms are oral , how you ingest them has no effect on their legitimacy or efficiency ( unless we're talking ingestion vs sublingual, but that's a different topic)

Some companies were being sued and/or issues cease and desist orders for selling SARMs, so OL decided to be smart and get out early so they wouldn't have to mess around in court.
 
All good things must come to an end. Our sarms are actually sarms, if I believed any different I would never have had my wife using them. A decision was made to stop production on our sarms line for the longevity of the company. They are not illegal to produce, sell, or buy but the future legal status of these compounds is definitely in question.

I have a bit of OL SARMs for future runs as well but I am now wishing I had bought much more befoe they were all gone. I react very well to SARMs and with negligible visible sides. Hopefully I can trade some of my PH/DS for them in the near future.

While unorthodox, you should seriously consider kicking or finishing a Test cycle with that bottle of Legend. It would work perfectly and not make you feel like shiit while you wait for your Test to kick in. 8/8/8/12/12 had me gain ~10 lbs. in 5+ weeks (stacked w/ MK-677), while not having any visible sides to speak of. It's not Dbol but the gains will be lean and clean. It's not Masteron or Winny either but the sides won't come close to the sides they often produce

Food for thought.

I mean the gains probably won't be as dramatic as throwing in some of the harder known orals but if you've been on a harsh cycle and want a mild finisher, it could work good there. Also if you were planning a cycle with a few orals at the end, this could make for a mild starter compound for that cycle.

This is true! Well I'm currently on test, trest, and epiandro. When I drop the trest I'll be trying tren ace for the first time for 5-6 weeks. Haven't decided what to do after that, probably come off and PCT.

Sounds like plenty of agression going on in that cycle! How long will you have been on after the Tren A?
