Agreed. He should retire. He's been one of the best QB to ever play but his neck really hampered him. I think if you're a fan of the game you should want him to go out a winner. Cam and Carolina have a long career ahead of them. Peyton does not.

Got my first order today and tried the Ice Tea..great flavor, by far my favorite sup flavor ever. Very happy with PES as usual.

Ordered 3 tubs of protein, some ABE, Pro+, Forsk, Truzma and 2 more ergo yesterday, hopefully it will be here by the end of the week!

I got Peanut butter cup, gourmet vanilla and milk chocolate for the protein, super excited to finally try them after all the raves Ive read!

Im just kind of stocking up and laying out a plan for the upcoming year, nothing set in stone yet but probably recomp/cut come March and going back to more of a bulk late next Fall.
 
Any particular set up for ergo ? Never tried it in loving the all in one ingredients make it much more convenient for me. My wife thinks I'm a crazy scientist in the morning mixing stuff lol

Lol huge selling point for sure, Ergonine cleared 4-5 supps of my counter every day for me :)

Your only set up is to take one scoop daily ;)

"Ideal" times being pre or intra workout, though it is perfectly effective at any time

What happens when saturated ? Better overall feeling on a day to day basis better recovery ? I'm excited because in most days I would miss something here and there like BA later in the day or my citmal later in the day. Can't wait to get a good dose of everything and hit it consistently lololol

Yes lol consistency is best when aiming to maintain saturated levels,

Once all of this is kicked in, expect some extra muscle fullness, better recovery, and better strength adaptations and performance.

Not mind-blowing, this is natural, but many have been impressed.

ok it is really nice to taste something that really is not the usual ****ty tropical taste, I usually hate tropical flavors but this one is not too heavy! its mixing very well and it reminds me of mango/fresh/orange with a back taste of sweet "but not too much" dunno if i made myself clear enough, also it mixes very well and it doesn't do foam and no residues on the bottom, also its without colorants :) its transparent lol :) great taste, nice and sweet and enjoyable, not too strong and not too weak, perfect :D

I've tasted coffee before but I didn't like it much. Therefore I've never had a cup of coffee. Plus I see how countless amounts of people are dependant on it and if they don't have it they're like the walking dead. I wake up high on life so I don't need that crap lol

You probably did not have GOOD coffee. Some instant stuff in the store, or a generic brand of coffee is usually going to be pretty lackluster.
Adding a dash of almond milk and a few splenda's does go a very long way
Plus most coffee creamer is pretty low kcal and easily fit into macros.
 
Coffe is one of the blessings that we have on earth, I'm an addict but it's delicious addiction, anyways.

So what's next pes?

1 scoop of Select Vanilla in ~32oz of Coffee is perfect for me - no need for milk/cream/creamer/sweetener. YTMV (Your Tastes May Vary).

Lipton is exactly what I thought of. How much Nanna have you consumed? I'll never by another with these two around :)
 
My order is a couple days away so being impatient I ordered an old Athletix e9 online and it came this morning. Should have been nanaberry but was disappointed to find blue ice, disappointed soon faded as I drank it and it's delicious and refreshing,not too sweet or too sharp, just right ? ? let the gains begin!

i have been using nana since the first time I bought e9 so, I am running on my 4th tub and I LOVE IT! it is a bit strong so I need to put some more water in it but usually I mix it with 1,5 scoop of HV cotton candy :) even without its great tho :)
 
You guys thought the tea was sweet? Really? I guess a tad initially but the flavor soon fades to more if a lemony flavor, imo. I wouldn't necessarily call it sweet. But, i do agree with you it tastes similar to the lipton powder.
