So I just realized I can get bronkaid on the internet lol I have some questions:

1. With food or without food?
2. Is caffeine needed?
3. Do you take it everyday?

Sent! Ill get some caffeine pills, just drink coffee with it, or just use it with my preworkout. B2 agonists don't hit me hard energy wise at all.

Sweet. Yeah I've been wanting to try out ephedrine for a while and I'll probably add it in in a month or two when I start truly cutting

Im contemplating on this or albuterol, albuterol is way cheaper and stronger but I'm not sure if I want to taste it again lol. May need to find albuterol tabs.
 
Also I know GW and I didn't sit well but I'm willing to give it another try along side Ostarine. I won't be starting it till next month so I have a while to make up my mind.

•I tried squats once again but it was horrible. It hard not doing legs, I love doing them but I guess I have to take a this next lower day off and the one after. At least deadlifts and osta will help retain my leg mass(hopefully strength too).

•ill probably use the lower days for core and cardio just to keep me busy for those days.

•Deadlifts are the only exercise I don't mess up with reps/sets when gauging the weight.

• Next month ill make sure I calculate my lifts, I'm going to start doing deficit deadlifts.

• My butt is sore for some reason lol and generally I'm just sore, haven't felt like this in a while.

•ive been doing 10-15 mins of cardio after my workout, nothing crazy but I keep upping the time and intensity.

• Ok so next 2 months will either be Dexaprine or Vanilean, depending if Vanilean is out by next month.

•Hunger is random, definitely still leaning out; excited for these next weeks due to osta kinking in around this time.

• Will be dropping to 2000 calories next month, I've been at 2250 this month.

I stopped take Letrone after a couple of weeks, I was constantly hunger.

Ghar1ne was even worse for hunger. Also stopped cycle of that.

I would only use either now for a bulk.

Also seemed to gain water on both.

I get the hunger increase from both as well. Many people do. I bloated a lot on Gharine but not Letrone. However, on Letrone I was craving carbs. On Gharine I find myself with intense cravings for fatty salty foods which is a probably a big reason for the bloating. I tapered the dose back to 10 mg from 30 mg. The bloat and cravings have lessened but not completely. I'm gonna ride it out at this dose hopefully. I agree both shine in a bulking phase.

That's the only reason why I never took it, I don't know if I can handle the hunger lol. You should try to use it alone side a fat burner like Lean FX with dmaa since it lasts a long time.

I am on MK 677, letrone and lean EFX as well as everything I'm on for my cycle. I think if I wasn't on 400-450mg test a week, 75mg trest ED, and 200mg epiandro ED, the Lean EFX would be enough to quell my hunger.

Damn so if you just were on MK and Lean EFX, you appetite would be little to non existent lol. How has your weight been looking with the addition of Lean EFX?

Yeah probably would! So far I've gained 4 pounds lol but it's definitely glycogen retention/maybe some water, my cycle is starting to kick in. Starting week 3 today.
However I do look leaner and I would like to attribute that to the Lean EFX.

Awesome! The GH probably allows you to burn fat easier while gaining weight, along side a good diet and Lean EFX. Can't wait to see more gainz bro!

I've been thinking about throwing some close grip into my push day. I haven't benched in so long because i hurt my shoulder. I think its finally healed but im nervous to get back at er.

I replaced regular grip with them and love it, try to go light and keep your shoulder blades pinched. Also make sure your rear delts are balanced with your front.
