Wow my head looks big lol but here is the end of my cut, time to recomp for a little bit! Weight at 159.6lbs(160lbs) from 171lbs! My maintenance calories will be at 2700 till the end of my pct.

Thanks man! I wish I can continue cutting but I guess I need a break after 2 months, especially at such a calories deficiency.

I think I'm lean enough for a lean bulk, I'm going to do 10% surplus for 2 months and then a 1 month recomp after and most likely repeat. I have some natty anabolic on hand to help me out!

IMHO you could really benefit from a lean bulk, using something harsher, like TD Trest, with for instance DMZ.
We both fiddled a lot with Sarms in the past, believe me, Trest (or simply test -or both) blows Sarms out of the water, hands down.

Hair loss could be a problem with most PH's and AAS, you are right. Didn't thought of that, having lost most of my hair decades ago, lol.I don't want anything that would cause hair loss and I'm extremely sensitive to hair loss, cant take creatine lol. Would you recommend anything that doesn't/wouldn't/shouldn't cause it? I'm think for getting HMB-CA in bulk to run all year around.

Nothing too new, I did take Epitome but I can only really note that I was awesome on my appetite. I have KetoInduce beta on its way so that will be fun while maintaining. My pct will be fun with Rebirth, SU(will be doing it solo after the pct), and Test1fy(I will be buying it off someone I know). I also have BMP which I'm excited to try out too.

Test1fy dose time doesn't matter much at all so feel free to take that whenever. We've had good feedback about "mood" being uplifted with a morning dose though, so it might be a nice way to start off the day.
SU caps are best dosed with a meal or protein shake imo. If it were me, I'd dose pre and/or post workout with a whey shake or meal.

•I've been thinking and I may just run with maintenance for a while and recomp a little. I like the weight I'm at so I may just implement rest pause training and have my supplements help me recomposition. I've noticed Goblet squats don't effect my quads so I may try out front squats since the position of the weight is practically the same and I'll be doing them before deadlifts.
Have you tried playing with your insulin levels/nutrient timing? Ive been adding weight while keeping/losing body fat. Works really well and along the same pathways as IF. You keep insulin levels lows until post training then you spike them as high as you can. All fast high gi carbs in a 2-3 hour window post workout with heavy carbs loads. (For me i eat around 500 grams carbs) Then you go back to eating keto style. This is how i got my body fat to low levels. There's many ways to go about getting diced, i just found this approach incredibly easy and eating donuts/pizza while you watch your abs come in more and more by the day is truly amazing. Tonight i ate 3/4s of a golden loaf cake with 2 cups of ice cream. I honestly eat like this every training day.
