New year, new me recomp!(Osta, letrone, and Strength Unleased)

I bet the recomp will give you a boost in strength, just try to grow around that little bit of fat, lol

Yea I hope so lol and I hope I lose a little more with KetoInduce, I hope it stays a little bit when I start adding calories. Going to bump my cals by 10% for 2 months then one month recomp and so on. I have BMP and other stuff to help me out too :D !
 
Wow my head looks big lol but here is the end of my cut, time to recomp for a little bit! Weight at 159.6lbs(160lbs) from 171lbs! My maintenance calories will be at 2700 till the end of my pct.

So are you going to put on some mass after your cut? Go for a lean bulk?

I think I'm lean enough for a lean bulk, I'm going to do 10% surplus for 2 months and then a 1 month recomp after and most likely repeat. I have some natty anabolic on hand to help me out!

Nothing too new, I did take Epitome but I can only really note that I was awesome on my appetite. I have KetoInduce beta on its way so that will be fun while maintaining. My pct will be fun with Rebirth, SU(will be doing it solo after the pct), and Test1fy(I will be buying it off someone I know). I also have BMP which I'm excited to try out too.
 
Your arms got more defined again and I see a bit more chest development.
IMHO you could really benefit from a lean bulk, using something harsher, like TD Trest, with for instance DMZ.
We both fiddled a lot with Sarms in the past, believe me, Trest (or simply test -or both) blows Sarms out of the water, hands down.
What do you think?

I don't want anything that would cause hair loss and I'm extremely sensitive to hair loss, cant take creatine lol. Would you recommend anything that doesn't/wouldn't/shouldn't cause it? I'm think for getting HMB-CA in bulk to run all year around.

Hair loss could be a problem with most PH's and AAS, you are right. Didn't thought of that, having lost most of my hair decades ago, lol.

Lol its fine man, I'll probably just on a AAS cycle once I feel like my hair is at the point of no return :D!

Very nice. I need to check out a few of those. That Epitome is a plus if it helps on appetite, you were saying you were having a hard time with that.

I believe its bf% dependent, look at Evomuse's thread about that. KetoInduce is so pose to be great even in a slight surplus!

You liking the new strength unleashed? I have 3 bottles of each caps/transldermal. I was gonna try it but then go selected for new laxacrine beta. New laxacrine gave me rash so had to drop log after first dose. Probably jump on strength unleashed soon

Test1fy dose time doesn't matter much at all so feel free to take that whenever. We've had good feedback about "mood" being uplifted with a morning dose though, so it might be a nice way to start off the day.

SU caps are best dosed with a meal or protein shake imo. If it were me, I'd dose pre and/or post workout with a whey shake or meal.

Yea ill do that, thanks! I tried it out today to see what the fuss is all about with the flavor and it is pretty horrible but really extremely tolerable(if that makes sense lol).

Yea I may just stay away from them and maybe do hack squats and/or trap bar deadlifts. Definitely try them, I think a band would be better so there is tension throughout the movement so if there are bands at your gym tie them around something high(not too high) and try them out.

I'm going to start up another program(will make my own) in 2-3 days. I would prefer this program in a calorie surplus to see strength gainz but I do like this program and will keep the template on my phone. I'll think about my next program on some down time at work :D! I like the other I made but I want higher frequency and less volume.

I just did and will do a bunch of them till I'm tired, they definitely feel better since there is constant tension on my core.

I like the weight I'm at so I may just implement rest pause training and have my supplements help me recomposition. I've noticed Goblet squats don't effect my quads so I may try out front squats since the position of the weight is practically the same and I'll be doing them before deadlifts.

Have you tried playing with your insulin levels/nutrient timing? Ive been adding weight while keeping/losing body fat. Works really well and along the same pathways as IF. You keep insulin levels lows until post training then you spike them as high as you can. All fast high gi carbs in a 2-3 hour window post workout with heavy carbs loads. (For me i eat around 500 grams carbs) Then you go back to eating keto style. This is how i got my body fat to low levels. There's many ways to go about getting diced, i just found this approach incredibly easy and eating donuts/pizza while you watch your abs come in more and more by the day is truly amazing. Tonight i ate 3/4s of a golden loaf cake with 2 cups of ice cream. I honestly eat like this every training day.

I was think of doing that except with oats and stuff lol pizza and/or donuts would make me crave more carbs, I need to look into that to see what I can do for nutrient timing. I have a botte of KetoInduce on the way which can get me back into keto after a post workout carbs meal or 2 so I may just try it out! Thanks for the suggestion bro!
