I start PCT tomorrow after 10 weeks 20mg Osta (last 5 weeks also had Rad).
First run of any description, good leaning from the Osta. Rad seemed to increase my appetite so calories went up a bit which probably affected the overall recomp of Osta.
Droped 1.5 inches of waist, mainly stubborn kidney area. Would guess I am around 10%. All other measurements are the same. A bit more vascular but nothing crazy.
Strength increased. Broke a PB on Deadlift and wasn't specifically strength training. Bench increased too, didn't 1RP it but most definitely stronger on it. Squat not sure about but probably, don't really train squat for maxing due to poor flexibility.
Overall a good run. Osta would do again. Rad, maybe but not for recomp, appetite was too big and was lucky to keep it in check as well as I did.
So, seeing as it was my first cycle it will 've my first PCT...so just take 50mg Clomid in the morning with 5 caps of Super PCT, with 5 other caps of Super in the evening.
It says to take with food...I work out fasted in the morning so when should I take first 5 caps, pre-workout or with post workout shake? Clomid okay on empty stomach?
I also have Ep1c Unleashed but started that last week to get a week head start on it.
