If you head over to the impulsive buy, there are about 5-6 new pictures of seasonal Archer Farms, Target brand, food items. They all sound great, especially the macadamia clusters. Here is a review of the Hot Chocolate MMs.

Item: Hot Chocolate M&M’s made with Dark Chocolate
Purchased Price: $2.88
Size: 8 oz. bag
Purchased at: Walmart
Rating: 8 out of 10
Pros: Better tasting than chocolate flavored hot water. Artificial marshmallow flavor is surprisingly nice.
Cons: 20 percent smaller bag than other flavors. When split in half the candy center looks like evil eyes. Artificial marshmallow flavoring might not appeal to some.

Tried the hot chocolate mnms myself. They're good, about what you'd expect from a hot choc flavored chocolate candy. Nothin. Crazy but definitely different and better than regular.

probably better than the pumpkin spice MnM's yeah?

Hard to compare. They're very different and I'm not much of a big dark choc guy and obsessed with pumpkin anythin fb so it's tough for me. If I had to choose one itd prob be the hot choc just becuSe the coffee flavor of the pumpkin latte would get tiring for me as I'm meh about coffee.

Local shop this weekend celebrating a friends birthday at a dessert bar:

Cinnamon toast crunch layer cake. A vanilla based cake with cinnamon sweet cream icing and handmade cinnamon toast crunch cream clusters in the layers. Insanely delicious.

I think bob would have a field day at this place.

Did it remind you of the cereal? You need to tell that shop to make a French Toast Crunch cake!

Eggs in a cloud. Egg yolk on top of a meringue with bacon and chives. It's no chef bob however. Invalid Link Removed

I ate 3 of them. And that's only cause we ran out of eggs. They were pretty fantastic. That meringue was so fluffy.

Do you like Cannoli's? Do you like Mascarpone in Tiarmisu? Do you like a very sweet and rich cream cheese based ice cream? If you said yes to all of those buy this right away. On top of an incredible dense base that has the consistency of Gelato Fiasco's famous gelato. The addition of the salty pistachio's and a slight caramel inclusion in the decadent base puts the icing on this cake. Hands down one of Gelato Fiasco's best offerings on their line.

Grade: A

I just want to say god damn each and every single one of you. I opened this thread by accident, and as someone who has not touched junk for about 8 months, this thread has ruined me. Thank you and have a nice day.

Let me ask you why?
Are you getting paid to hit your macros?
I can bet you this. You won't get paid for getting X or Y calories every single day.
Nor is 99% of this forum ever going to to turn pro and make a living off eating or meeting daily kcals in a given time period

This is a hobby for almost all of us. We do this for fun. This is not our life.

But eating is my life :)

Even if you are going pro or an athlete of sorts..
Flexible dieting is the current and future at least imo.

You can have your food and your bro foods too. That's how I eat anyway and its not that restricted anymore. Most everything can be fit In.

You guys are 100% correct. It's just easier for me bc I don't want to count calories, that's too serious for me. It's easier for me to avoid junk and stay on track. I enjoy the discipline as well. I also want to support these corporations pushing their addictive poison ie. fast food as little as possible, not to mention how much waste it creates in terms of non-recyclable packaging.

Hahah I was messing around though. This is an amazing thread and some of these posts look incredible, we have some talented protein chefs here at AM!

Eat what you enjoy man...doesn't have to be fast food or cheap sugar treats.

If you like a nice dinner out do that every once and while.

That is 100% my thinking actually. A lot of nice restaurants in Toronto popping up with food made with real passion. When I eat out I'd rather it be there, but to each their own. This is just my way, but I respect all you flexible dieters as well.

I live to eat now

Need to start living up to what you say brother :)

Bingo
Once you cover your micronutrients, fat intake, protein intake, and fiber and what is essential plenty of room for other things.
Not all endurance based athletes are eating nothing but bro foods. They wont hesitate to eat some gummy worms, poptart, or slam back some simple sugars from gatorade for optimal performance during their training.
Same with some bodybuilders. Chris Aceto a very popular contest prep coach his clients eat low fat brownies and muffins pre-workout, and guess what they walk off Stage with IFBB Pro Cards.

Balance is key. even if you dont count calories, portion size and control is an easy life lesson to learn given time and practice.
Not a one size fits all or all or nothing mentality

Yes they are. Especially from the place I get mine...Unbelievable.

we have a family ran italian place here called "Valerios' That is an epic mom and pop italian shop. They make their own dough, and grow their own ingredients (peppers etc) for their shop. Talk about quality.
They hand make some of their pasta to boot. Nothing is imported or ordered. all made in house and homemade.
