Screw the chocolate Crunch, is that Christmas Crunch I see next to it?? (Note: I know Christmas Crunch is just Crunch Berries, yet it tastes so much better)

Lol why yes it is. This was at Target.

I was thinking the same lol. Choco Cap'n Crunch ain't new, but I'm intrigued by the Xmas version...

Xmas isn't new either...:)

Hahaha yea, I remember eating it as a kid in the 90s!

If you guys are willing to drop a few dollars on some bomb cookies, Cheryls just came out with some new flavors for the season that look amazing! Just check out the website for all of the flavor offerings. I usually buy a gift-tin for myself each year!

I got the email and was pretty tempted by that pumpkin pecan but got so much stuff to eat first lol.

I'm all about that german chocolate buttercream

Haven't tried that :(
I do love the bday cake cookie (yellow bc version). The cinn-pumpkin is also great.
The caramel filled brownie kicks ass!!

Dunkin’ Donuts Snickerdoodle Croissant Donut and Caramel Cheesecake Square

SnickerDoodle Croissant Donut: (B- Grade)
I was expecting a very sweet and cinnamon sugar based donut, and that is what I got. I was a bit surprised as it looked dry, but the layers of the croissant give it a nice feature to the donut. If you do not like very sweet things this may turn you off, or you will not be able to eat the whole thing. Compared to a regular snickerdoodle cookie it could of been heavier on the cinnamon to match a true snickerdoodle. This had more sugar than cinnamon, so for sugar lovers that enjoy a nice sugar bomb this will be right up your alley.

Caramel Cheesecake Square: (B- Grade)
The carmel frosting was the key feature here. This was the best part of the donut, very dense and creamy frosting that surpassed all the other seasonal ones I have had in the past. The filling is where the letdown is. yes its a cream cheese frosting/filling but it has that airy taste and texture to it. Nothing real dense and creamy as you would expect. The small chocolate pieces on top were pretty darn good and gave it a great addition to the caramel frosting. The filling just needs to be improved

New Orleans Ice Cream Co. Po'Boy Ice Cream Sandwich

Overall the only other Chocolate Cookies I have had for ice cream sandwiches are: Jeni's Chocolate Truffle Backyard Mint Sandwich, Coolhaus I'm Pei-Nut Butter, Coolhaus SnickerDoodle and Coolhaus Mintimalism.

Cookie wise these cookies are as soft as Coolhaus, but do not offer the milk chocolate coating which is where NO Ice Cream gets the upper edge. Jeni's chocolate cookies are not as soft as Coolhaus or NO Ice Cream Company, but hold a very strong chocolate taste to them. If i were to invest in one cookie it would be the Creole Cream Cheese cookie.

How NO Ice Cream Company has perfected the creole creme cheese (as one of their top selling flavors) on top of a dense chocolate coated cookie makes it the perfect ice cream sandwich. Each Cookie was not meant to be healthy as the owner Adrian said, but pack 260-290 calories in each serving (2 Servings a Sandwich) ((Creole being a bit heavier in calories)). For the calories there is a reason why they pack so much flavor!

Grade: A (Creole Cream Cheese), B (Vanilla Bean)

I want to join in. This is what I had for dinner last night. A giant burrito with chicken, steak, ground beef, beans, rice, peppers, onions, guac, sour cream, queso and a red burrito sauce. It's from the tortilla factory.

its up there with Pumpkin O's
Still CTC is king of all toast crunch cereals as we both know.

Holiday Sprinkle is back too (was on other side of those box's) but its ok at best
Cookie Crisp is still better.
I wasn't the biggest fan of the holiday sprinkle crisp. Cinnamon toast crunch is the best, but not by much. Pumpkin O's are good as well

I was the other way around. Loved the sprinkle cookies, enjoyed the sctc but thought it as the as "cookie" ish. More just sugar.

How does that rank against CTC and FTC?

CTC is the GOAT lettuce be cereal here.

Impulsive buy did a good review:

Pros: Good representation of sugar cookie flavor. Light and crispy texture plain, with a Frosted Flakes-like aftertaste. Not too sweet. Sucks up milk like a fat man in a red suit. Better than Frosted Toast Crunch. Leaves sugar cookie end milk.

Cons: Still not French Toast Crunch. Possibly laced with Christmas magic dust. Lacks buttery crumb. Still not getting a pony.

Agree with this ^^

agreed as well... ctc/ftc are better, but this is good. My only issue with it is not enough "cookie"... mostly just sugar. very enjoyable tho and worth a buy for anyone that likes these type of flavors.

On my second pint of Cinn cheese crown I crushed up some TJ Snickerdoodles on top of it - A++

Trader Joes Pumpkin Ice Cream:

If you are a person who loves pumpkin, and will go head over heels for a basic pumpkin ice cream this will be a wise investment. For someone who needs a mix-in or compliment to a pumpkin ice cream I would pass. Many enjoy a graham cracker swirl, marshmallow ripple, or a heavy dose of pumpkin spice to put together the pieces to a perfect pumpkin ice cream. While this may not crack my top 5 overall pumpkin ice creams I have had in the past, there could be room for improvement. If Trader Joe's decided to throw in a swirl (why turkey hill got the edge), or other mix-ins this would get a higher grade. I ended up mixing a few Jo Jo's into the last few scoops to give it a nice upgrade.

Grade: C+

My Updated Pumpkin Rankings:

1. Handels
2. Jeni's
3. Coldstone
4. Talenti
5. Perry's
6. Turkey Hill
7. Trader Joe's
8. Ben & Jerry's
9. Dairy Queen
10. Graeters
