P super kick A$$ workout my angel. I need to buy some new workout clothes. I went yesterday I have moderate to severe carpel tunnel in right arm guys keep the jokes to your self lol but will have surgery in Dec. I'm so ready to get healthy and go back to my incline hulk smashing days.

But it was delish... Or maybe I was hungry! Haha it tasted like sponge steak!
Uhm NO!!!! Do not put steak and tofu in the same sentence unless it is... "Tofu sucks compared to steak!" ;)
My son went for almost 3 years no meat at all. "Nothing with a face" was his philosophy. When he first told me about wanting to do it, he was so passionate and emotional there was no way I could force him to do anything else. Even though he was only 12. But in the last year or so I have noticed that I think he was lacking in development. Physically and energy and attitude. As much as I supported him, I just wasn't Super-Vegetarian chef and he was forced to fend for himself a lot. Which meant crap food just to fill his belly. So-called frozen "veggie" meat products are not good to survive on, minus like the 2-3 proper meals I would prepare per week. He just recently started eating it again after giving in, and a little influence by me. A young man needs his protein, and I would be doing worse by letting it continue than by trying to persuade him out of his protest.
No doubt his development was being retarded, tofu is soy, soy = high doses of environmental estrogens even worse and stronger then human estrogen. The body reads too much estrogen, it lowers testosterone production. Glad you got him sorted out. When going vegan, a male should never use tofu or any soy based product as a major source of protein. Beans & Rice, Lentils, nuts, things of that nature sure.

Man why can't all guys know how to gym creep properly. Hat pulled low, or use the mirrors. Lol just sayin'
Right and never ever STARE! Short glances, and a quick smile if you make eye contact just before you look away. Once you are caught trying to pretend it didn't happen is just silly, and can give the impression you were caught staring instead of simply "surveying your surroundings".

I hit a quick shoulder and cardio session tonight. I don't know if it's from wearing heels but my right heel is nagging me. It's pinching when I walk.
 
It was suppose to be a rest night but I got home, got to my door, turned around and got in my car. I was just going to go sit somewhere and think for a bit but then I ended up heading towards a gym that I've never been to before.
I hate new gyms because I don't know where things are and unlike my gym (which is newer), there doesn't seem to be a lot of equipments.

Nobody at this gym train legs at all and on the tv it said, "Don't just train chest and arms, train your legs, too! Make sure you even out your body!" Lol

I was a bit irritated because this couple was working out right in front of the weights and I couldn't get to any of them, grrrrr! But the lady came up to me and asked about my leg routine. I don't think she got the answer she wanted. ?

Hit up some back, bis, and abs tonight. I'm going to keep focusing on my weak parts.

You really need to learn to be assertive and just say excuse me, and ask people to move. If they say "I am in the middle of my set!", say "and the middle of the rack which is inconsiderate to everyone here." Lesson learned.

puccah8808 they will get the message just by staring at them People in my gym do it all the time I will be doing flat dumbbell bench and they will stand right were my feet are and do a set of curls. Then get mad at me when a 120lb dumbbell almost hits their foot
