The epic food porn thread

The Jo JO's were ridiculous good. Man they DESTROY pumpkin oreo's by a large shot. The amount of spice and flavor in them is just unreal for 75 kcals each.

Pumpkin Spice Caramel Corn, sounds good. I don't know what Fresh Market is, I'll have to check out Whole Foods tomorrow. Seems like it would be the same type of store.

After some random googling last week I discovered there is a Mom & Pop donut shop ~15mins from me. So pissed I never knew about it after living in the area for the past 8 years.

Ordered a half dozen for pick-up this morning.

It's really good. Very sweet, very creamy. Nice amount of pumpkin flavor but very little spice. Far more sweetness than most pumpkin things this year.

Yes I agree, I liked it a lot. Just curious to see the Ice cream mans review

Great, looks like I'm gonna have to buy more cookies lol
booneman77 gave me a couple of pumpkin JoJo's when I saw him this past week. I ate them last night and they were great! I still have to open my pumpkin Oreos to compare but I would say only cotton candy oreos top them for me.
mkretz remind me to grab a box next week :)

Coolhaus Im Pei-Nut Butter Cookie Sandwich

All in all a 500 calorie cookie for 3$ with two good cookies and a fantastic peanut butter ice cream is hard to pass up. Coolhaus did this cookie right and made a good gourmet dessert. The only downside may be the Chocolate Cookie flavor takes away from the peanut butter ice cream due to the richness of the cookies. For a good chocolate and peanut combination this is worth the price tag. Is it their best? Hard to say. I have only had 3 Coolhaud Cookies, and I would rank the Coolhaus "Caramia Lehrer" (Snickerdoodle Cookie + Sea Salt Caramel Ice cream) Above this, then Mint.

Grade: B

So many fall inspired treats lately but now I'm gearing up for X-Mas. I picked these up today at Bulk Barn of all places lol.

Went to a cool new restaurant in Richmond that featured a poutine plate: fresh cut fries, shaved prime rib, Swiss cheese, topped with stout gravy and crispy onion straws. I was thoroughly impressed and it was amazing

Must. Visit. Canada.

Comfy Cow Coconut Almond White Chocolate Dream

Invalid Link Removed

Invalid Link Removed

Overall not pleased at all with this offering. The base was subpar considering the white chocolate offered in the base. The total amount of mix-ins offered in this pint was next to nothing. They should relabel this to Coconut Dream due to the fact there were minimal almonds or white chocolate. If you want a pure Coconut Ice Cream this would be something to highly consider. Would I repurchase this flavor? Not a chance. I do hear the Peanut Brittle is worth a scoop, but until I ever see that I will pass on Comfy Cow.

Grade: C-

It has been so long since I had them, I bought these more for the novelty. Although I did like them when I was a kid.

Oh my god. This was a moment of weakness on my part! In the end I only had a tiny taste (lick) of each flavour. My uni friends were all too happy to help me finish them off, even after I warned them they have been 'nibbled' on.. lol

My fav is the double choc one btw :)

Because I got freaked out by the kcal figures
Well, I ended up having a big chunk out of the double choc one. The rest I just wanted to see what they taste like.

Hahaha, don't be scared, calories don't bite! Unless you're competing, next time...EAT ONE (or 12)!!!

I actually was impressed by the burger to be honest with you. I am a huge fan of hot sauces so the ghost pepper sauce blew my mind. I was hungrier than **** after training so I just wanted something to chow down and enjoy. It was delicious.

Best burger I have ever had? No.

Would I buy it again? Yes.

You do not have to fit everything you eat into your calories
There is a common term called "Moderation"
Are you getting paid to meet 50g of fat daily?
are you getting paid to meet 300g of carbs (For example)
What would happen if you had a donut or one meal off your diet for the week? Probably nothing to stress over.
Unless you are 2 weeks out from a show, there should be no need to negate having X or Y every once in a while.

If you are going to eat a full fat/legit donut DO NOT look at calories if it will mess with your mind.

Exercise - Eat - Enjoy

Move on!

Preach! Some days when I indulge/cheat/enjoy life or whatever else you want to call it, I don't bother to look at the nutrition info. Haha, I hate that the FDA makes companies put cals/serving on the front of packages now!

Plus on top of it, if you had the donut, especially pre-workout, it would do nothing but help you out. Just my opinion.
