The epic food porn thread

Heard as well. Looks different than what I was thinking from the talk. Looks like a regular choc Oreo with a dot of bday cake filling ha.

Gelato Fiasco Sriracha Peanut Gelato

Gelato Fiasco asked Is it nutty, slaty or spicy? This pint completes all of these things in an interesting fashion. You get the nutty compliment from the salted peanuts. The spice factor is on the weak side, for those who enjoy a hint of sriracha or hot sauce. The base reminded me of Peanut Butter Straccitella without the chocolate pieces and replaced with salted peanuts. Smooth or Crunchy? This pint offers both. The Gelato Fiasco base is known to be extremely creamy and delicious packed with the crunchy salted peanuts. Was i crazy in love with this pint? I would say its very good, and not to mention extremely unique to see peanut butter and sriracha hot sauce combined in a gelato. If the heat factor was a bit higher, and the peanuts were denser in size I would consider it a home run.

Grade: B+

Won't bother with these, I think they need like a mocha cappuccino flavor. Would complement the chocolate cookie so well
White chocolate or almond butter Oreos ftw

I'm on the hunt for these I'm not a big milk chocolate fan, but love white chocolate. What also make these look great is the PB ratio seems really high!

Saw them at Walmat. I LOVE white chocolate Reese's and Kit Kats. The Reese's shapes (eggs, hearts, pumpkins, ghosts, Christmas trees, etc) generally have a better ratio

I've never had a white chocolate one before. But I do agree with your assessment of the shapes. I won't have a regular Reese's because of their being too much chocolate, but I have some footballs sitting in my fridge currently.

Anyone try these yet? I don't think I saw them when I was here last week. There's pumpkin brittle as well.

Ghost Pepper Chips look really good too.

^. I think the cookies are just in the shape of pumpkins iirc.

Boulder Canyon has a pumpkin pie flavoured chip that sounds more interesting.

Ghost Pepper Chips look really good too.

My wife bought the pumpkin chips and the ghost pepper chips!

The pumpkin chips are like tortilla chips.. not very sweet, but you can get a hint of the pumpkin. nothing to rave over- they are good though

The ghost pepper chips were a huge letdown.. not spicy at all.. They taste like seasoned salt on potato chips.

It says pumpkin cake cookies, which I assume is pumpkin flavored cake?

Not what I wanted to hear that about the ghost pepper chips, although I can't eat any of this stuff for a while.

I was a fan of the South African Smoke Chips, but didn't see them today. I couldn't find the actual seasoning either, so hopefully they didn't get rid of it. It was amazing on eggs.

Sorry, I was thinking of these...

Graeter's Cincinnati Pig Tracks

Cincinnati Pig Tracks I had very high hopes for, but I was slightly let down with the fudge inclusion on this Graeter's Pint. The lack of fudge resembled a small brown swirl from top to bottom. The base was something I knew would be epic from first bite to last. If you have not had Greater's Vanilla base it is a must try. The peanut butter cups combined with the vanilla base alone gave this pint a great score, but I can't say this is one of my top 3 flavors on the Graeters line. I would still prefer Buckeye Blitz, Cookies and Cream, or Black Raspberry Chocolate Chip as top flavors over this one.

Perhaps worth a try

The cake part looks very dry like most other Hostess items. I always feel like I need to chase most of their items with water.

These look good though, pumpkin and pecan are great together.

I've yet to have a granola that had much pumpkin flavor.

I've yet to have a granola that had much pumpkin flavor.

I would assume that is because pumpkin is not a complete solid. I think the only way a company can make a pumpkin granola is just by adding your typcial pumpkin spices to it. Regardless, it still looks pretty good, I'm a fan of granola in general.

Same here. Granola is a worthwhile buy regardless. Always hopeful tho

I'd rather get oats and add flavouring to it on my own.
The pumpkin PB lean has me thinking.. The Solution amirite?

PB Lean Pumpkin Spice is F'in INcredible. no joke. Blows PB2 and added pumpkin spice flavoring away by a land slide.
Def one of my favorites, Ant's Cake Batter is damn good too and glazed donut
taking you up on that Lasagna GNO and making it tomorrow but with a few extra things added.

Went to TJ's in Buffalo yesterday...sad news is Pumpkin Macaroons & JoeJoes are gone for the season. At least I got to try them...
Did buy all this stuff though:
