7-Eleven GO! Yum Double Cookie Dough Ice Cream

While this 7-eleven offering was not shy on the mix-ins (which I love) the base did not help this pint out. The weak base was a let down from the start, one of the weaker vanilla bean bases I have tried in my time. If they would of spent a bit more flavoring on their base to upgrade to something better like a Ben & Jerry, or a sugary vanilla base like Greater's offers this would be an easy A. The amount of mix-ins started to resemble that of 2nd street where it was loaded. The cookie dough pieces are not as large, but in a greater amount than most pints. From top to bottom this is loaded with chocolate, cookie dough, and a 2-3 pieces of brown sugar cookie dough. For cookie dough lovers this would be worth a scoop, for those who don't really care for cookie dough this is an easy pass.

Whaaattttt?!! Now I must go back... Do you have a pic? I don't even know what these are

Got it. I was eyeballing those when you posted that the other day and could t figure out what they were.

They were kind of an afterthought. mkretz and I were eyeing them and we agreed they might have potential so I said F it.

It is like a soft & chewy pumpkin brownie if that is even a thing ha. Description from TJs as Pumpkin-y Pumpkin is spot on!

That's kinda what I thought from your pic too... looked awesome. Will be trying to find them this evening

Burgers are good, but a 4-5 person throwdown on a 30lb Burrito would be epic. May have to call in Randy Santel, Erik the Electric, and Furious pete for assistance and molly schuyler haha

What? No stonie? He could crush half by himself

People who are under contact with the MLE cannot do outside competitions . It would break their contract.
Thats why you do not see them do regular challenges at restaurants for money or free meals/t-shirts etc once they sign under contract with major league eating.

Huh I had no idea... That said though, they can't even do them just for fun?

No, thats why stonie does things at his house and nothing at a restaurant because it would break his contract.
He makes his own challenges as you have noted in his videos.

That place looks legit! That dark colour of the chocolate looks hnnngggg.

Donut shop near me makes a strawberry filled fritter which is great. They gave a seasonal creation atm: they take a yeast donut fill it with whip cream & apple filling and top it with pumpkin spices.
Do I order this and more donuts for my cheat this weekend or eat some stuff I already have in my freezer? Tough decisions...

Next time i order i am ordering Ample hills (ice cream), The reviews are top notch. i think bbartsche may be able to find it local. I know a girl in NYC who can visit locally and she says nothing but good things just like Powered by Ice Cream

Still on the hunt for good pumpkin baked goods around erie. gonna do some searching saturday when I am off work and fire up a cheat meal.

The ice cream looks good. If I go to the city would stop by

Just get one and have it. Can fit into a day

It's a ~15 min drive through downtown area so I'd get more than one did it to make sense.
Plus as long as they're making the apple filling, they'll make me a custome maple Apple so I think I know what I'm doing now lol

had 2 of these. a guy brought them from a bakery in WV when i competed @ Nationals. my mouth dropped they were so good. It was like a sugar based donut with apple pie filling. Truly remarkable if quality is on point.

So I might add this to every cereal ever.

Steve's Blackberry Crumble

Overall it is a good pint, but did not exceed expectations of Whoopie Pie or Cookie Butter which could be Steve's best offeringins. The Jam had a decent taste to it, but nothing over the top. I would relate the blackberry jam to a blackberry jelly with a very mild flavor. A few bites had a bit of an artificial blackberry taste to it which threw me off. The Cinnamon Oat strusel has a nice cake texture and cinnamon aftertaste, but I also got a bit of a buttery vibe to it. After eating this Pint I would say its good, but not one of Steve's best. I would much rather opt for Jeni's Brambleberry Crisp which has a stronger fruit flavor, and also a denser oat streusel.
