If you want something else sooner plate front raises w a 25 that go ALL the way overhead and rep it til you can't clear your shoulders. I shoot for a couple sets of 20 at the end of a session. You'll feel it in areas of your mid and lower trap you didn't know you had.

Well I pulled the trigger on a couple bottles each of the Gharine and Rad. W the sales right now you can't really argue the price of this secratogue. And Rad being dry and such a great glycogen storage booster and easy on the organs sounds great for all kinds or reasons

I've noticed my traps have increased quite a bit in my cycle too.

I think I read somewhere it is the most concentrated area of androgen receptors so gear really brings out people's traps. I could be way wrong though.

You know what, I increased my daily vitamins and have really not been hit with it much. Then again I am right at the 4 week mark.

Had a great workout yesterday, I did 135 on all sets of Power Snatch that felt pretty good. Squat jumps seemed to be higher too. I hit a new PR on Floor Press for 325, and this time it went up pretty easy. I mean it was work but it moved faster than I expected. I know I have more in me!!!! I was looking rather explosive on my burpees, since it was only 5 reps I decided to make sure my exchange in positions was a s fast and as fluid as possible. I was getting great height, soft landings and quick rebounds. Felt great!

Burgener Warm Up 3 rounds 75lbs

Power Snatch 135x3, 135x3, 135x3, 135x2, 135x2, 135x1
Squat Jump 6 sets of 3

Floor Press - 135x5, 205x5, 255x5, 295x2, 325x1 <<<PR!!!!!
Burpees 5 sets of 5

Spin Bike - 10 minutes fast pace higher resistance

Complex x 4 rounds
KB Swing Hard Style - 80x20
5 med-ball slams
5 chest throws
5 rear overhead throws
5 push press throws
5 ab med-ball slams

TRX Stability work - just got into a few positions and held myself stable in them until I couldn't remain stabilized.

After all of this I went into the sauna for a sit and stretch, then did some banded curls and 3d band pull-a-parts.


I have a couple more days of the RADAR1NE, and will just wait to take my pics until I have completed the run. I am still considering what to run next, like I said I do have DermaTren but not sure I want to run it right this minute. My hematorcit levels are up there. I know I will be starting my phlebotomy next week but it has been so hard breathing once I do anything engaging my leg muscles I am damn near oxygen starved. My legs start burning like I am deep in a workout in just a minute or so of pushing hard on the bike.... With Tren being so androgenic I am concerned I would just be fighting an uphill battle.

I was surprised I looked it up to see about what percentage of your max was the floor press and it said 75-85% of your full ROM Bench Press, that would put me in the upper 300's. Not sure about that but who knows after a little while... I am still surprised it went up as quickly as it did.
 
Nice work! And def stay off the Dermatren til you get the hematocrit down. Unless you're going into comp no reason to push your health hard.

Thanks! I just got chosen for a log for another companies Cardarine and also their Epiandro / MK product. It is not a high dose epi-andro, more just enough to make it more effective at burning fat. So I will be moving into a much healthier territory with things that have lots of health benefits. With the size I have regained during this run I will not be focusing on size for a while. So really going to focus on getting leaner. Not that I haven't during this run but I have not done as much as I could by any means. I am in striking distance to get lean quickly so I am going to make the push!

As far as a comp, would probably more likely be a PL meet. I am starting to think one in a year or so might be a lot of fun so long as I keep myself injury free and the strength is there to be competitive for my weight class.
 
Woke up not feeling well this morning, my wife and daughter were sick this weekend. Well I tried to brush it off and go in to work. Halfway in stuck on the HOV lane nowhere to pull over my stomach sends the signal to evacuate. So here I am driving 65 trying to steer and puke out the window at the same time. Needless to say I was only about 70% successful at getting it out the window. What's worse is my wife and I drive in together so I still had to drop her off at work before I could go home or so much as change my puke covered shirt. I really thought I had made it out safely and wasn't going to catch the bug. No such luck. Oh well the worst of it was over the first day with them. Can hope the same here.

Yeah no kidding. I'm sorry to hear this, but it really is an awesome story.

One time on a work trip w 2 other fellas in Colorado and every evening I'd drop them at a bar to unwind while I hit the gym nearby and then I'd catch up with them for a meal later on and eventually drive their drunk asses back to our hotel. One evening one of the guys gets lucky and texts me to pick him up at some gals other hotel the next morning. Here we are going down the road at 5:45 am and he's brushing his teeth in the back seat and spitting toothpaste out the window all down the side of the car at 60mph.

It was dried on the rest of the visit and people kept asking us about how it got there.

Amen! I managed to squeeze in about 1lb of 93/7 ground beef, a peanut butter & protein shake and a bowl of cereal in once I started force feeding myself in the afternoon. Still didn't get my cals but got in some at least.

So I am supposed to work out tonight but Nana is in town for a funeral and we are going to meet her for dinner. She wants to meet right after work @ 6:15 so I am contemplating going but not ordering until we leave then take it home for a post workout meal. The workout tonight and for the next 2 weeks will be very short and simple. On tap is 6 sets of dead lifts to find my max, then 100 push ups as fast as possible followed by a 1 mile run. My knees are wrecked right now so I will probably do a timed 3 miles on the bike or something instead.

I am starting to think I have given myself a bit of bursitis in the knees with the sudden burst of sprinting, running, & jumping. I think I started things up a bit too fast and since I wasn't taking an anti-inflammatory my knees are taking the brunt of it. They hurt when straightening them out after any period of time being bent. I can not take ibuprofen, so I am ordering some Curcumin to take daily to control my inflammation. Hopefully between that and the next couple weeks of lower volume I will be right as rain. If not I may take a month to do more body weight stuff / calisthenic type stuff.

Also apparently this upcoming log I am doing has morphed into some sort of Transformation contest. Not sure of all the details just yet but the gist of it is whoever wins out of this group gets their choice of any 4 products. Looks like my focus will be changing to pure cutting once that starts!

Wanted to drop in regarding acid reflux... I had some flare up at the beginning of running MK as well, took some Prilosec and rolaids and it went right away. Had to take it three consecutive days in a row though to keep it away.
However I have always had issues with acid reflux. If you've never tried it, I'd recommend Prilosec (ingredient: omeprazole). Works for me, I take it every 3 days and the burn stays away.
My dad also gives me a bottle of prescription omeprazole whenever his own acid reflux isn't acting up very much.
 
Unfortunately our family dinner last night carried on until it was too late to work out. I was extremely frustrated which made me feel bad because the kids Nana was here from out of state for a funeral. They only had one night to see her, and I was getting annoyed that the visit was cutting into my workout time. I didn't let it show and stayed until everyone was ready to go with only my wife knowing I was unhappy about it turning into 3 hour dinner. Even though I expressed to everyone I needed to go lift before we went. When your mind is that focused on success things like that really frustrate you. I should have known to take a second car. It was bad planning on my part. What is worse is I sat there and did not eat so I could lift and by the time we left there was no time to lift and I hadn't eat yet!

I officially have 2 more days on the RADAR1NE. I don't intend to do any tricks to try and peak for the end of this just take some shots between now and Saturday for my final review.

I am going to go give blood at noon I am hoping they do a double, double RBC that would be awesome to knock off about 6 points on my hematocrit in one shot. If they are willing I will take the time to do it.

Now thew quandary comes, as you know they tell you no strenuous exercise for 24 hrs post giving blood. I am not too sure about that mess. I have dead lifts to make up from last night! I guess I will play things by ear and see how strong I am feeling later today. I can deal with a nasty bruise if I get one from being to active. I think that is typically the concern. Will have to look that up.
 
I hate sacrificing workouts for people, I totally understand. I usually try to plan ahead and get the workout done before hand just in case.

Yeah that is what I was thinking too. I have done it for years, however the stress and blood pressure that will come from finding my max on Dead Lifts will be more than I have ever pushed that situation.

Typically this would have been the case but this was tossed together so quickly and directly after work was the time she had available. So I would have had to schedule time off from work to get it done before hand. Just frustrating when I was sick Monday then missed yesterday...

Absolutely do not test your max pull post blood donation. Get it in before or give yourself 24 hours w some good food and a chance to really hydrate. Any schmuck can lift some after giving blood, but I'm telling you straight up whatever you pull in such a state will be leaving lbs on the platform. I'm not talking about peaking or optimal conditions, I'm talking about having basic conditions. Like a normal amount of blood lol

Yeah, this is not going to be a max as in the important max, just get me an idea of my 1 rep max. Next week will actually be the real test. We basically seem to stick with a tested exercise for 2 weeks. Then move on to testing something else. I may just do my best for today and then really crush it next week for the actual final max. At this point I am more concerned with getting the work in even if I leave some weight on the platform since I can blow it all out next week!

I was surprised they only took 1 Whole blood donation instead of double RBC. Basically I am to go back in every 2 weeks until my hematocrit gets down to 32. Then we will go to once a month. She said it should drop about 3-4 points each time.

Good news, she asked me if my joints had been hurting and aching. I said yeah, she said that it is a common complaint when hematocrit levels start getting too high. So hopefully some of the recent joint aches will subside!

However now I am in the mood for some competition. Would anyone in here be interested in making our own transformation contest? Last time we did one it was a blast! Was basically for bragging rights only but it was fun. If not I will just keep on leaning up for now but thought it would be fun if others were interested.

Hey DreamWeaver, & LiveToLift you all feeling up to an 8 week TRANSFORMERS style transformation contest again? With 3 of the OG Transformers it would be sure to be a hoot!

I would be willing to do a friendly transformation contest. That is the one thing I am lacking a specific goal to work for.
