Yeah it was ridiculous.THat is a helluva sled drag...
Thanks!Killing it
So last night was another day off for recovery. By the end of the day my acid reflux was going full tilt. I contacted Zach and he told me not to push it, get some extra water & probiotics in me. Then rest & kick ass today. Not really what I wanted to do but I am sure it was the smart thing to do. Both options for training would have had me miserable. So last night I just went for a short walk to be doing SOMETHING.
I also decided to give in and start taking Nexium for my acid reflux, it has been getting worse lately so hopefully in the next day or so that will be alleviated and allow my stomach to recover with a little less acidity. This stomach crap is pissing me off in the middle of this run.
The tissue where my shin split open is trying to finish growing back. It is really wierd because i am starting to feel pains I couldn't before. Nerves seem to be regrowing or reactivating. Even the fabric of my pant leg brushing against it is pretty damn uncomfortable. Now that the swelling is pretty much down it definitely looks like I put a dent in the bone. However the tissue damage to the skin and tissue where I hit it is starting to be a bother. I am going to give it about another week and go get X-ray'd and what not if it is not completely better.
On a good note my stomach is far less distended today so I am assuming not as much irritation going on in there today.
I just started a "New" diet pill this morning, it is not new to me but one of my old favorites that I haven't seen in a while. I am using Hi-Tech's Stimerex - ES Hardcore with Ephedra. I remember sitting around on it in the afternoon just sweating for no reason. I took the first one this morning and sure enough tons of energy and my hands, and pits were sweating within 30 minutes just sitting. You have got to love it when something that works is still around when you thought it was no longer available.
Was noticing my heartburn flaring up in the last couple days, thought it was just me.
Interesting you're noticing it as well.
Interesting.late on this, but i've been away and just catching up...
for what it's worth, i had some acid reflux going on while at the beginning of my ghar1ne run. lasted about 2 weeks, and got by on selective use of zantac and tums. eventually it all subsided. at the time i attributed it to ghar1ne being a ghrelin mimetic, causing the stomach to secrete more acid.
Seems to be a pattern. Was noticing my heartburn flaring up in the last couple days, thought it was just me.
Interesting you're noticing it as well.
at the time, i was simultaneously starting ghar1ne and cardar1ne. for some reason i initially blamed the cardar1ne, but later on changed my mind to the ghar1ne. i still don't really know for sure if that was the true cause, but it was an everyday thing for about 2 weeks and then went away on its own.
Spike in Test levels...
I bet that guy had a story to tell when he got home. And I bet you stayed on his mind all day...lol
I always try to do the right thing, until someone pisses me off doing something obviously wrong, then I'm that ahole also!
I think people have just been super busy...hardly any free time right now.
Maybe high bp=stress=aggression?
So you're trying to run people down in intersections.....I'd day everything is going perfectly! Embrace the hate! Lol
Oh Ye lucky haver of DermaTren!!!
Actually by the A:A ratio listed it is as androgenic as Testosterone, the anabolic is just off the charts comparatively. The write up on RAD says it is 90:1 and that test is 1:1 or as you and I are used to seeing it 100:100. However lets be honest that is only like adding 84mg of test a week taking 12mg a day, but on top of my already upper level test from TRT I am sure there is elevated androgenic activity matching between 1500 total test levels knowing how much 150mg a week keeps me at 1000 another 80 would have it in that range. However I think it has to do with stress or blood sugar levels dropping, or just a combination of all those things.I feel like I was just in here. Time is flying. Could just be stress bro, there isn't anything really androgenic you're taking.
Gotta love it! Wouldn't have hit him obviously, I am not insane but I wanted him to think so.So you're trying to run people down in intersections.....I'd day everything is going perfectly! Embrace the hate! Lol
I think it is a combination of things, no one else has experienced it on RAD to my knowledge.Id better stay away from whatever it is that's causing your rage.. My road rage is bad enough as is!! Lol

Watch for it but don't expect it. I think my situation is a combination of things making the perfect storm.Yah when the aggression catches you by surprise it's hard to keep it in check. Awareness helps, I'll be watching out for it.
Dude your soaked... Rad seems to be the real deal.. gotta like it!

Also my urine is starting to get even darker are we sure this is not liver toxic in anyway? Could be the additional vitamins too...
Getting it done! Great workout last night. Did a complex of high pulls, hang high pulls into dead lifts no letting go of bar. 2 reps each 1 round at 135 one at 185 and 3 rounds at 205. Then did a timed 3 rounds of 33 banded push ups and 33 band rear felt flies and completed it in 2:55 which beat my last time by 14 seconds with a stronger band this time!
Barbell Complex 2 reps each exercise for a total of 5 rounds. Do not take hands off of bar during the 3 exercises during a round. Rest was as short as I could feel recovered enough to do it again.
High Pull - 135, 185, 205, 205, 205
Hang High Pull 135, 185, 205, 205, 205
Snatch Grip Dead Lift 135, 185, 205, 205, 205
Timed Super Set 3 rounds 33 reps each exercise
Banded Push Ups - Red Elite FTS Band x33
Band Pull Aparts - 33 reps
Total Time 2:55 compared to 3:09 last time with lighter band!!!!!
Worked up a crazy sweat!!!!!

Hmm I'm going to have to look more into the aa ratio.
A lot of things factor into it.
Oh it is definitely a combination, but I still feel like my shoulders look more developed than ever. It would make sense considering the delts on most Olympic lifters are like big striated pumpkins. There is more of a hill coming up from the shoulder joint where my medial and rear delt rise from the end of the clavicle. I think a good 6 months will give me a lot more knowledge on how well they come up. I know that Snatches make theme look massive for a day or two after them.Honestly it's likely a combo. The leaning out, the fullness from Rad, the new stimulus from different training methodology. But the leaner you get the bigger you look, in the beginning anyway.
Love Snatch Grip High Pulls. Couldn't believe the muscles it "woke up" after doing them the first time.
Love the progress man!!
Traps I'd imagine are truly the one group that don't get replicated by bodybuilding movements as they get loaded constantly in the weightlifting movements through more range than deadlifting or shrugging alone.
I need traps
Push more drugs lol
Try some over head carries pushing your shoulder girdle up as high as possible. It is a lot of time under tension for them and also causes a BFR type effect. It is a completely different stimulus to them if you are not used to it.I need traps
Ha!Push more drugs lol
I really never directly work mine unless the program I am doing requires it.I love working traps! Wish they would stay pumped all the time
Thanks Yates!Damn kleen! Great progress in a very short time!
Pretty sweet Chris! Mine don't pop that well relaxed!
My scapula are retracted which shortens the traps from how stretched mine are normally with them where they should be. It feels so weird trying to stand correctly now. I have the upper cross syndrome I am trying to repair. So I have to keep reminding myself to put my scapula in my opposite back pocket. The right posture changes my shoulder girdle so much it is insane. I always thought I was supposed to elongate my front and raise my ribs to have the correct posture but it was as simple as putting my scapula in the opposite back pocket and my chest rises up and my delts take on a very 3d round look where they were quite sloped and rounded before.Pretty sweet Chris! Mine don't pop that well relaxed!
Gotta agree there... I need to use an airpump on mine lol
Isn't this the answer to every problem?

That's what carderine is for! See? More drugs solve everything!Especially if your problem is you don't want a healthy cholesterol profile![]()
