KLEEN gets Lean w/ GHAR1NE & RADAR1NE!!! (Olympus Labs UK Sponsored)

If that had happened to me the outcome would have been severely different........parallel bars destroyed.

Day 4

Dude you took that hit like a champ. I know it hurt, you were just like, "ok that's enough of that". LOL
Yeah it hurt like a mofo! I actually have a dent there in my bone now...
Yep, helluva hit there, and bruising...at least it wasn't the head lol!
No doubt, then again the head may have just taken out the bar if that were the case.
If that had happened to me the outcome would have been severely different........parallel bars destroyed.
OH TRUST ME!!! Actually it went kind of like "SUCK IT UP!" then I was going to react but holding in the initiial reaction of pain also kept that explosion of anger down. Unfortunately by the time I got the thing to stop recording I was trying not to vomit and lashing out was no longer a thought. I could have used some extra anger to numb it a bit!

Okay so lets get down to the nitty gritty here with some updates. I decided after reading and looking in on a few things to run my RADAR1NE as suggested on the bottle at 2 caps a day. I only ran 1 cap for one day. Some things I have noticed already. My muscles immediately started soaking up every carbohydrate I took in. Within 3 days I had already put on 4lbs with no diet changes. The difference in size and fullness was damn near immediate and noticeable. My shoulders just filled right up, chest got full and tighter. My arms seem to have regained some of the size I lost. Now I am not really calling these gains, as we know they are the results of enhanced nutrient uptake. I did notice a little lethargy Saturday when I let my carbs dip. However it wasn't too bad. If I remember correctly others noticed this as well in the first couple days.

Composition-wise, I just absorbed a ton of water & most of it landed in my muscles. I notice on my ankles, wrists, and forearms that I am indeed holding a little extra water subcutaneously as well. Not a huge issue but it was basically almost an overnight situation as well. I am increasing my water intake from 1g to 1.5 gallon today and see how things go with the water.

I also started a deload of sorts Friday. Now I have been training in the 90% range on my heavy lifts every week for a while now so this week while my leg heals up I am going to do a sort of a deload. Since I am running the RAD and GH instead of doing a full deload I am doing more of a full body body building style workout. Saturday I kept everything to machines to keep the CNS involvement minimized, picked weights that would be challenging around 15-20 reps & did 3-4 sets & very short rest periods. It ended up looking like this. Basically I picked a weight and worked it until it started to become taxing but stopping a few reps before failure.

Stair Mill 5 minute warm up

LifeStyle Seated Chest Press x2

HS Wide Chest Press x4

LifeStyle Seated Military Press x4
Lifestyle Lat Pull Downs x4

LifeStyle Wide grip Seated Rows x2

Leg Press x 6 sets

Icaarian Side Raise machine x4
Icaarian Rear Delt Flies x 4

Seated Cable Rows Neutral Grip x3

Preacher Curl Machine x4

Was a nice little workout, everything was nice and pumped up. I was drinking Kroger brand gatorade throughout the workout so I was just getting fuller and more pumped as the workout went on. So as far as this goes right now I am on day 4, and am definitely up close to 5 lbs probably more but I am not going to count the spill over from having ice cream last night inflate my numbers. My assessment is it is water and glycogen based. We will know a little more when I weigh in later this week after some of the carbs from this weekend slowly let go of the water I am holding.

Oh yes on the GHAR1NE aspect I have noticed the last 3 nights/mornings my hands have fallen asleep like I have carpal tunnel or something. It isn't all of the hand yet mostly just the ring and pinky fingers. So I am assuming that there is some serious GH release going on. It started in my right hand but then the other side started the next night. So we shall see, things are looking good right now.

Yep...that quick RAD glycogen loading is undeniable. Honestly have never used anything that has done it so dramatically so fast.

What is the reasoning behind the high GH that your hands and fingers get numb and tingly? I have nerve issues and already have that happening in both hands and it is possibly the most annoying feeling ever. Lol

I would think that would depend on diet, spill over certainly would but if you eat the right amount it shouldn't.

Definitely agree with this. For the first 5 weeks of my RAD cycle I was eating 400g Carbs/day (also using Test @ 300/week) and that amount of Carbs caused me to have some bloated days that I tried to mitigate with my AI.

Over the last week I have reduced carbs to 200-250 a day and there is a significant difference. Still full muscles, but the spill-over is pretty much gone.

yes that sounds about right. That's why we can use something like this for bulk or cut.

Thanks guys... planning on eating clean for this one and around the 200 g mark for carbs

"Negative effects of human growth hormone:

baby naps: While on HGH people often feel an inclination to take an afternoon baby nap. 10 to 30 minutes per day is enough for me.

carpal tunnel syndrome: Occasional feeling of "pins and needles" (as if your palms and fingers are falling asleep) is often observed by people who are taking daily doses of 4IU of HGH or higher. This is especially noticed following repetitive strain in the wrist area (during workouts, etc.) or when first waking up. This is caused by the increase of muscle mass in the wrist, which puts pressure on the carpal tunnel, through which the nerves are passing to your fingers and palms. This is a temporary side effects which goes away completely after the dosage is lowered or within 3 weeks after the cycle is discontinued. As long as it does not become unbearable the athletes usually continue with their growth hormone cycle desipte the carpal tunnel syndrome. This side effect is an issue only in initial cycles. In the subsequent HGH cycles the wrists have had the time to adapt and carpal is barely noticeable.
water retention: This is a desired effect for some, as it gives a more youthful, tight skin look and irons out minor wrinkles. At doses of 4IU and above, people often notice that their fingers feel a little swollen or face a little fuller. This is a temporary side effect which goes away when the dose is lowered or within 2 weeks after the cycle is discontinued.

morning aches: For the first few minutes after they wake up some people feel like they have been "through hell". It's a similar feeling when you do a heavy workout in the gym and wake up the next day. Slight pain in the fingers and toes, joints, muscles. After a few minutes the feeling goes away. While people are sleeping, the body is growing and regenerating - this is probably the cause of the morning pain. It might also actually be the gym workout of the prior day.
hypoglycemia: In the period when starting or ending the HGH cycle or modifying the dose, rapid drops of blood sugar may happen at any time. This is especially noticeable right after physical activity, so have a sugar bar handy. This is manifested as a sudden "hunger attack". It can last from up to 2 weeks after the HGH cycle has been ended."

Will Rad cause bloat? or more just the fuller muscle look?
As of right now it would be too early to say. I did have a little excess water on my ankles before increasing my carb intake. However I also started GHAR1NE at the same time. I would lean toward it being diet related going by what I witnessed with others.
I would think that would depend on diet, spill over certainly would but if you eat the right amount it shouldn't.
Yes spill over is definitely still a possibility but with the enhanced nutrient uptake and everything landing in my muscle or most of it i am leaning toward it being harder to spill over. However I will find out more as I go.

Sounds about right and that is a decent amount of carbs to be drying back out on.

Yeah, not 100% sure where it's strength is going to be at this point. I will say that a solid and lean 5-6lbs like Daniel got is very impressive in 5 weeks. I don't know that he could have gained any more lbm if he ate even more but the fact he is up that much and leaner or at a minimum as lean is hugely impressive.
Thanks guys... planning on eating clean for this one and around the 200 g mark for carbs

Sounds good, I am going to stick around that area too say 175-250 a day.

Yah think of the implications during a carb up and it's less likely that you spill over, could be win win...

Yeah I would definitely have to test that theory before trying it out for a show. I still feel like I held a bit more SubQ than normal that first day or two. I might be wrong but I swear i noticed some water under the skin the next day. Nothing compared to what was in the muscle but still felt like there was a little extra squish to the skin around my ankles.

Damn I just had my bubble burst...

Been feeling pretty good after losing the weight recently. I know I am not where I was but was feeling decent. Just ran into a "buddy" who shines shoes for some of the attorneys in the building. I haven't seen him in about a year. He was all happy to see me and asking Questions then reaches out & pokes my belly, then laughs and says. "I see you quit working out. huh?"

I know I have to keep in mind the last time he saw me I was probably about 10% body fat, but it just kind of hit home when he said it like Damn! I have come a long way and still look like I quit working out compared to what I used to. OUCH!

Oh well I will just use it for motivation and fuel for the fire.

Yeah you can't let his surprise shock you; people always notice extreme changes after long periods. And bf is number one. They can't see your lift #s, they can't see your bloodwork, all they can see is what's exposed or outlined by clothes. Best I ever looked I was fresh off a strong cycle and dieting and shrink-wrapped from tons of letro. I was tanned and people kept commenting how jacked I looked (despite losing 15lb). I also had awful cholesterol, painful joints, and was having ED problems bad with the crushed estro. Don't let an uninformed opinion affect your self-worth. You're on the right path for sure so no worries!

Man I was 5-7% bf just a year ago and now I'm 20%......Keep grinding

let that fire burn wildly man, nothing but fuel keep bustin' your hind. and you know more than anyone that it will pay off and you will in fact reach your goals. no doubt in my mind at all man!

I'm with these guys... listen to yourself and those that care about you... All I know is I learn and am inspired by your knowledge and how you put it all to practise!

Nope, might as well just stop and be a fat*ss. All is lost...lol

Yah Chris I know that feeling, it's like people don't know some guys just don't stay cut all the time. When I am not competing I have a tendency to slide. When people don't see the cut, they often think the muscle is gone. I am better than I used to be but even when I try to be careful there are still issues.

No doubt, and I know his intentions weren't malicious. To a guy who never works out or took pride in what they have built that comment wouldn't mean squat but to us it is different since it is a priority. It was what happened inside my head that made it really hit home.

Yeah, I definitely agree with Hyde. Use his comments as a motivation and keep working.

Absolutely!

Yes Sir and beast status in both compositions!

Oh trust me I did. It was just a bit of fire under my back side.
And tell him "shine my shoes and stfu"
Love this!

Thanks Simon!
Are you huge yet?
MASSIVE! :)
Nope, might as well just stop and be a fat*ss. All is lost...lol
You're right I give up... no wait I am more of a procrastinator. I think I will hold off on giving up for right now. I can always do it later. ;)

Yeah, like I said I was a beast last time he saw me. I was about 210 and around 10% so me at 215 and 20-ish% I definitely look like I let myself go. Hell I DID! Yet I am on my way back and I have had so many people commenting that I am looking jacked again. People are noticing and asking if I am lifting again and dieting. So I have been getting plenty of unsolicited compliments in that aspect. I just had to get over that initial sting and come back to the reality of the current situation. I am definitely making progress and at a rapid pace so I didn't let that stick with me more than an hour or two.

On to the rest of the experience. Monday night I got in my 2nd deload workout, was a nice little 4 sets of 15-20 per exercise 1 exercise per body part including 1 exercise for each head of the delts. I had a great pump and was looking swole up!

About two hours after the workout and my evening meal I got horrible heart burn, then eventually started getting sick out of both ends. Was up all night and ended up staying home from work yesterday. I wasn't even able to eat anything until about 3:30 yesterday and it was not much. Some chunky beef vegetable soup a fajita rice & bean burrito, and a bowl of cereal was the total intake yesterday. Interestingly enough I look pretty spectacular! My stomach is no longer distended like it was and my muscles stayed full even with the minimal amount of caloric intake yesterday. So far I am really impressed with the compounds ability to make use of any carbs I take in.

Tonight will be another deload workout. Going to try some front squats in tonights to see how well the tibialis holds up to being in deeper flexion under weight. If things go really well I might start the normal workouts back up Friday. However I may just wait for Mondays workout. I have to look at what is on tap for Friday.

Just got my blood work in, Test levels are 925 right now, for some reason she did not do an estrogen check... Not overly excited about that. My total lipids are in normal range, but a little higher than normal. Also my ratio of HDL/LDL is slightly off. I am a few lower than normal on HDL, and just a little higher than normal on LDL. Not a huge correction to make and losing some weight as well as getting my Hematocrit levels lower will also help with that.

As far as my Creatinine, it is a little lower than last time which is good. My Creatinine to BUN ratio is good so the kidneys are holding nice and solid! Other than that it is just my Hematocrit which is pretty damn high at 53%, and my hemoglobin, both things that will come down with phlebotomy.

Hit up a barbell complex, and some shoulder & arm super sets last night. Still in a deload but decided to make this more of an energy expending lift.

Complex = 8 rounds no rest between exercises, 30 seconds between rounds.

Body Weight Dips - x5
Bent Over Row - 135x5
Front Squat - 135x5

Super Set 1 - 4 rounds back to back
BHN Standing Military Press 75x15-20,
Band Pull Aparts x20

Super Set 2 - 4 rounds back to back
Oly BB Curl - 45x20-25
Oly BB Overhead Prextensions - 45x20-25
- Yes I made this up. :) It is a mix between a close grip OHP, and an OH Triceps extension. Basically take a close grip and press it up and overhead, then in the same motion you use for a JM Press let your arms and shoulders fold up to lower the weight down behind your head then press it back up. It allows a small finishing style pressing motion on the shoulders and a great overhead movement for the triceps. Plus you can really torque your elbows back at the top which gives an amazing isolated isometric contraction for all three heads of the delts. Shoulders and triceps looked crazy after this!

Well needless to say I was soaked and dripping from the pace and the complex was ridiculous. I feel like things are going really well. I am contemplating bumping my GHAR1NE now, not really noticing dreaming any longer and the hands falling asleep already stopped. Not sure if it was related or if I just need a tiny bit higher dose to keep me in that range.

I continue to look full and seem to be slimming out in the waist a little. Of course I was sick too which definitely helped the leaning process. Curious if I will be up or down this week from the initial 5lb increase. I have a feeling I will be back down a little. If not then I am growing pretty fast because my stomach seems smaller.

I still notice dreaming, maybe not as vivid but never did get much of the hand numbness.

You are running it at 20mg a day though correct?

Okay that is what I will be moving up to.

I was planning to move up to 30 around the middle of the month for 1 more month and then stop around mid October to make sure I dry out. I do believe there is about 2 to 3 lbs of water on me from the Grahl1ne.

Day 8 - SLIPKNOT BITCHEZ!!!!!!!!!!

I was planning to move up to 30 around the middle of the month for 1 more month and then stop around mid October to make sure I dry out. I do believe there is about 2 to 3 lbs of water on me from the Grahl1ne.

Oh I can imagine there might be.

Okay so I am at home chilling waiting for my best friend to come over so we can go lift some "beach muscles" then go eat and head off to SlipKnot! I just now heard they were in town yesterday so me any my boy got tickets post-haste. I have never been and am pretty excited. Lamb of God, Bullet for my Valentine and one other band I haven't heard of before. Should be pretty awesome will be in an outdoor amphitheater setting. Probably going to try to stay out of the pit though...

I decided to check my weight and I am back down to 213.6 which is good, and more along the lines of my goals for this run. I will say that 213 looks a lot different than it did 2 weeks ago. Upper chest, shoulders and back are leaning out nicely and being full makes it even better. I will take some pics next week. I might snap a shot at the gym today to show you all what the pumps look like. I seem to have been getting pretty damn good ones.

Last nights training was another trip to the park. No handstands on the parallel bars this time though. :) Walked around a little bit with the heavy duty bag Bryan sent me!!!!! Loaded it up with my battle ropes my medicine ball and a few other things and walked down to the bars, is a decent walk. I did a few sets of deep stretch push ups, and pull ups before the mosquitoes got too bad. Then I packed up and jogged back by the car where some other pull up bars were and did a few sets of V-Pull ups circuited into ball throws, slams and battle ropes. Instead of timing the ropes I just went until I couldn't then rested as short as possible until I felt I could get back in for more. The intense 210lbs of resistance pulling back on my body from my elastic battle ropes makes them like 5 times harder than normal battle ropes. It is crazy.

I am also starting a new AI today by Diesel Pharma called E2X it is for estrogen control and fat loss. It is supposed to have some anti-inflammatory properties which should be good for me. Unfortunately arimistane kills my joints which keeps me from using Eliminate or or Arimicare Pro. So hoping this does the trick. It looks to have a pretty good profile. I will update in here every once in a while my thoughts on it for others. I don't expect a lot of difference since I have been using a-dex. However after dropping the adex if my estro seems to remain controlled and my joints seem to improve we will have a solid AI option in my book.

Sounding good man. Get ready for a killer show. We missed the first band, Motionless in White, but BFMV was solid. And well, the other 2 go without saying.

I saw this show in Toronto at the start of August... was a great show. Motionless in White were solid, as were BFMV... LOG was great, and Slipknot awesome... Enjoy man!

Awesome I am Phuckin Stoked!!!! I was going to call the other band White Paralysis I would have been close, same sentiment. LOG and SlipKnot are on my my workout playlist so is BFMV but only a few. I don't get much chance to listen to music other than lifting and don't explore music during training. I snag others playlists sometimes so probably heard some of Motionless In White just don't know it. So I don't always get to add a lot of new stuff or learn it.

Crap it just started pouring down, hope this crap is gone by tonight.

You're gonna love that show man. LOG and Slipknot are pretty awesome heavy lifting beats indeed.
Remember that symptoms like hand numbness or cessation thereof don't imply the GHarine isn't still doing just as much as before. Sides usually increase or decrease in time with a lot of things.
Curious to see what you think of E2X.

True, I have no doubt, but also after some other results / studies brought to my attention the increase is what I am looking for. Basically for the heightened anabolic reaction and not just noticeable increases in recovery a higher dose is needed. I honestly am not sure if the numbness was the result of the GHAR1NE or just that it happens sometimes. What I read about the numbness had more to do with actual growth pinching the nerves more than a "side effect" and that once the GH is dropped it goes away. If so I would attribute it to growth of the caral tunnel sheath more than the muscles. To me that would take a little time. Then again the numbness could be through a different MOA.

It (MK) has been proven to remain effective for years so the worries of quick attenuation were unfounded. I want this to be more of a cycle experience than recovery / health only.

I've seen Motionless in White three times a few years ago. I had never heard of them the first show they were at, but immediately they became one of my favorite bands to see live. They're awesome! I haven't heard them lately though.

No doubt!

Hope its an awesome show, bro! I love Slipknot and Lamb of God, it's good to see Dma and Kleen running separate logs but both going to see the same bands, it proves that metal builds muscle.

Unfortunately we missed them, we were eating and getting a couple real drinks before the show.

Damn straight, or one could say "Intensity Builds Muscle, and METAL IS INTENSITY!!!!" Write that down, make a shirt I don't give a phuck!!!!
How was the show Chris?

Was awesome! I won't lie it was hot and miserable but other than that we were the first row on the hill. No reserved seating seats left but we just kind of walked to the front and parked. No one was going to say anything to us. My buddy makes me look like a gnat. He is 6'2 and 334lbs with 22-24 inch arms.

I had a few drinks, not enough to kill me or get me drunk, but it tore my stomach up. I can only assume I was not healed up from being sick on Tuesday so I ended up getting sick once I got home. That lasted on until the morning and set the rest of the weekend up for not feeling well. I wasn't sick but wasn't feeling awesome. Monday comes along and I wake up sick again, come to find out there is also a bug going around so I must have got the bug and thought t was just from drinking or something. I was finally able to finish a whole meal last night and will be back in the gym this evening.

Saturday even though not feeling 100% I took Trinity to the park and we did some training, sprinting, medicine ball work, rope work, stuff like that.

I am trying to decide how to go about my workout since I missed Monday's, and have another scheduled tonight. I may do Monday's workout tonight then tonight's tomorrow or Friday and do Friday's Saturday. Either way I need to get all 3 training days in this week.

Physique wise I am a little distended in the gut right now from all the yuck going on, but my muscles stayed full. I was able to get just enough calories in to keep from any issues there. Now all I need is to get my water intake back up and I think I will improve substantially.

It's these damn nasty little monster kids at school....happens every year to my wife and kids. First two weeks of school I quarantine myself to not catch the crap.

It's these damn nasty little monster kids at school....happens every year to my wife and kids. First two weeks of school I quarantine myself to not catch the crap.

Doesn't surprise me at all. Just sucks right now because I normally don't get that crap from the kiddos. I am normally the one who just keeps on rolling while everyone else is sick, but this gut rot had my number.

So last night was another day off for recovery. By the end of the day my acid reflux was going full tilt. I contacted Zach and he told me not to push it, get some extra water & probiotics in me. Then rest & kick ass today. Not really what I wanted to do but I am sure it was the smart thing to do. Both options for training would have had me miserable. So last night I just went for a short walk to be doing SOMETHING.

I also decided to give in and start taking Nexium for my acid reflux, it has been getting worse lately so hopefully in the next day or so that will be alleviated and allow my stomach to recover with a little less acidity. This stomach crap is pissing me off in the middle of this run.

The tissue where my shin split open is trying to finish growing back. It is really wierd because i am starting to feel pains I couldn't before. Nerves seem to be regrowing or reactivating. Even the fabric of my pant leg brushing against it is pretty damn uncomfortable. Now that the swelling is pretty much down it definitely looks like I put a dent in the bone. However the tissue damage to the skin and tissue where I hit it is starting to be a bother. I am going to give it about another week and go get X-ray'd and what not if it is not completely better.

On a good note my stomach is far less distended today so I am assuming not as much irritation going on in there today.

I just started a "New" diet pill this morning, it is not new to me but one of my old favorites that I haven't seen in a while. I am using Hi-Tech's Stimerex - ES Hardcore with Ephedra. I remember sitting around on it in the afternoon just sweating for no reason. I took the first one this morning and sure enough tons of energy and my hands, and pits were sweating within 30 minutes just sitting. You have got to love it when something that works is still around when you thought it was no longer available.

Yah I went into this shady looking shop and I noticed a lot of Ma Huang products, I thought they were all gone but I guess these people take the risk of selling them. I never could handle them but I know some people who would like to try them.

Deep bone bruise. Will be sore for months but will eventually heal

Yes, now this is from the leaves and not the root, it is smoother, and has one hell of a line up. I think you would like this remembering you like the original USP Labs OEP. More along that line of feel with a little more heat.
Found it! In for results.
Welcome brother has been a long time since you were in one of my logs!

Yeah, that is what I am thinking but the shape of the bone is tripping me out a bit. It feels so uneven where I hit it. I know in my mind if I broke it I would not be able to walk but it sure as hell is now misshaped. Do you think with a deep bone bruise there is any worry of further damage by lifting heavy on it? I have kept leg work light since then.

Got a nice little pump workout in yesterday, nothing big, just testing the water on my stomach and getting blood into everything. I swole up huge!. I am leaning up decently well dropping weight from the long weekend is more like it. However my lower abdomen seems a bit tighter and my upper extremities are leaner. I am impressed with the how full and thick I am after sickness this week and lower calories due to not being able to eat as much as I needed to.

As a reminder I am currently dosing RADAR1NE 1 AM & PM. GHAR1NE is getting 2 caps at night. For a diet pill I am using Stimerex ES Hardcore, my AI for TRT is E2X by Diesel taken AM & PM. I think this coming Wednesday will be the 2 week point.

Typical Staples for general health, 250mg TUDCA, 6g Omegas via Fish Oil, Organic Greens powder, and magnesium.
