No, not at all. You have a test base, a prohormone, a sarm, and a growth hormone secretagogue. All 4 compounds have synergize with each other.

Anyone notice getting a rash from Carda1ne and/or Gher1n?

I have dosed each one 4 times, 1x per time per day this week.

I noticed some chest rash and some on my left arm between bicep and forearm this morning while showering.

I'm on both of those and haven't noticed any skin issues.

This is the first I have ever heard of such a side effect regarding either compound, if it can indeed be attributed to either. My guess would be that it is unrelated, and if you find it concerning, I suggest you consult a physician. A friend of mine got shingles last year from the local YMCA and it manifested as a rash similar to what you are describing. Not to instill fear, but to emphasize caution and action.
 
I hear shingles is terrible. Only from the commercials, well and from that former late late show host who talked about it on his show a few times. Said it was just so bad you couldn't do anything.

He told me it was the worst things he's ever gotten. I guess it started off as a rash, and then just got worse and worse. Lowered his immune system, then caught the flu because of it, struggled with shingles and the flu at the same time and lost 8lbs during that time. His biggest regret was letting it go thinking it was just a heat rash from his compression shirt and sweating during basketball.

Damn, I hope it isn't shingles but it might well be.

I will keep a close eye on it and see if it gets worse. Fingers crossed it doesn't.

No, it is a good call, I wouldn't have thought of it and best to be aware of what it might be.

I took SNS Liver Assist XT last night with Ghar1ne, I am hoping that might be the factor but that is probably a long shot hope. I am not someone who suffers allergies and doubt there is anything in it that would cause a break out.

Well, my friend didn't consider it at first either, and he is an EMT like myself. So it fooled him until a few days in. I doubt Liver Assist XT could cause an allergic reaction like that, but I don't know the ingredient profile and I'm not an SNS rep. T-Bone, you ever heard of anything like this?

I have taken NAC and Milk Thistle before. I have also eaten Turmeric.

Artichoke extract, never, but doubt it is rash causing.

According to internet it can cause allergic reaction. Signs of allergic reaction are unexplained rash, itching, unexplained swelling, wheezing, difficult breathing or swallowing.

Hmmm.

I seriously doubt it too, I just wondered if an SNS rep like him could answer if anyone else has experienced this side effect with their product. I will go out on an limb and say likely not.

organic apple cider vinegar 2x per day until the end of time
thank me later. it will balance your pH inside and out. those conditions can not thrive in alkaline environment.
 
Reading up more, artichoke can cause IBS too...I am noticing myself more gassy this afternoon than normal too.

I hope it is this rather than shingles but that said, it is something!

Not something I've ever heard of before but I'm not saying it couldn't happen. It could be anything. If it's that bad I would stop each thing you are taking for a few days and see if it clears. Stop taking each one by one. Then again that could backfire also because it can take a while for a rash to clear up. Sorry, wish I could be of more help.

Rash and gassy...it could well be the artichoke extract. I will stop taking that. Reassess tomorrow and hope it doesn't get any worse.

Edit, I am exceptionally gassy this afternoon and not had anything unusual to eat.

Sound advice. I agree with T-Bone, and his assertion is correct that it may time time for a rash to clear, so such a method may take time, sadly.
 
10 mg gharine first dose was last night.
will see if I should stick with 10 mg for first month then go 20 or just hit 20 after a week.

There have been several users comment that they wish they didn't jump to 20mg as soon as they did. Better to ride out the 10mg for a month and then up to 20mg... Then 30mg after another month. Should maximize your results and limit any potential lethargy in my opinion. I'll be starting it in a couple weeks and plan on following te above outline.

This is exactly how I'd recommend taking it after all the anecdotal data and logs available detailing exactly what chedapalooza stated above. You can always play around with the dosage though and find what personally works for you. We're here to help with any questions you may have, so do what you feel comfortable with, and if some arises, don't hesitate to post!
 
Yeah I'll stick to 10 mg then for about 4 weeks and jump to 20.
I think 10 mg is mild ( lol my mind was tryna go placebo on me ) n I was like am getting hungry etc but it was placebo I think.

I've seen a few members on here and other forums report the effect in women is fantastic and works extremely well at 25mg per day being the 'best' dose.

They have reported getting much better results than oxandrolone.
 
5 45 am woke up and couldn't get back to sleep, took 10 mk677 at 2:30 am maybe too late to dose it.
Sleep sucked I'll try to go back to sleep now take an allergy pill or somethng.

It can take a little time to adjust to mk677, when you are adjusted all the way you should sleep like a rock

I am 5 nights at 10mg pre-bed, not noticing hunger increase but sleep is definitely deeper and some more vivid dreams...or should I say odd dreams, or both :p

I am going to stick to 10mg for the 4 weeks before upping.

I am on 7mg Carda1ne too, first week as well, that one I am thinking of upping to 14mg week 2.

Hell man that was the keyword. Sleeping like a rock. It's exactly like that. I didn't dream that much. It's like: lie in your bed - wait - open your eyes, a new day began :)
Fall asleep within minutes (no joke) and due to the longer REM I felt like it was 4 a.m. insted of 7 a.m. But after couple of minutes your day starts very good.

I like it. Will use it again next year.

So I didn't does Liver Assist XT again. Rash is still visible but it hasn't gotten worse or hasn't spread so that is good.

Doing some more research it may well be an allergic reaction to the artichoke. Apparent area of rash showing with artichoke reaction is buttocks! I have a significant spots appear in that area too.

No itch really yet...Will continue to monitor for spreading or worsening.

Any feedback on lgd and bloat ? Will I be holding water like gharine ? I only want to use it to recomp and for a pumped look . Thanks

Judging by anecdotal data gathered from a wide number of logs, LGD use is not associated with bloating or water retention. The way by which LGD and Ghar1ne work are completely different mechanisms. Ghar1ne increases bloating and water retention in association with it ability to increase growth hormone. LGD works as an androgen receptor agonist and does not aromatize to estrogen, therefore cannot cause bloating or water retention via estrogenic means.

Growth hormone and igf1 have water retention side effects for a reason.

Cell reproduction and repair are some of the reason that comes to mind.

What's your opinion on this: I you get sick in the middle of a Ostarine-cycle, or have no gym-access for a week, would you taper down dose to say 10mg and then bump it up to 20 when you come back?

I would stick to your dose to keep blood levels up. Dropping doses could kill your whole cycle

Okay, I don't want to sound like a hypochondriac but rash is still there but doesn't seem to be getting any worse.

However, my nipples seem to be very "erect" for want of a better word. They have always tended towards that but right now they look even more so...not itchy but are hard and if pressed are somewhat sensitive, not sore definitely feel different.

I can't see it being Viron causing this but not sure what else. Currently 3 week into 2xViron, 2xLetrone and 2nd week of 1xCardar1ne (upped to 2x this morning) and 1xGher1ne.

Any insight?

If your actual nipples are hard like if you walked into cold water that would be Letrone.
