Good morning! Rested yesterday. Wanted to get cardio in but I worked through lunch and had several things after work! Just not enough time. The 7 hours of sleep felt great though!!

Thought I hit my snooze this morning and woke up on my own 20 mins later...so I was 15 late to the gym. I was ready to hit arms/abs/calves...got off to a good start but workout ended up being a hodgepodge of exercises due to everyone jumping in on my equipment...even with my bag beside it or them watching me use it 10 seconds before! Guess they just weren't paying much attention today! It really frustrated me too! Just quit and did cardio. So forgive my randomness workout!

Went up stairs and did cardio. Guess my fuse was a bit too short today! I would typically figure it out but it really threw my mindset off so I figured cardio was the best solution.

I've had that crap happen before. Even get up from a bench to get the next set of weights and someone take my bench. Of course me being me I take it back...lol

I hate that sh*t, Kat! At the small gym I go to, a lot of the older people do that. Either they don't know any better or they just don't care. Super-setting and stepping away for a few seconds is not an option there.

I did want to tear into this one girl the other day. There is only one incline chair and she was using it as her bag holder while she was doing dumbbell squats.
 
Kat it happens at my gym too, But idk maybe it's me but depending your gym and what it has varies. Our gym needs multiple cable machines bc the one we have people get on it and hold if or hours while on their cell phones too. But also I know it gets crazy but if a person is bouncing from one machine that's in a different area then going back it's hard for some to tell if some one was on that machine.

I figured that I should do the Groupon session first before really committing. It's a one year contract for $100 a month or $150 for month to month. I'm also contemplating if I should cancel my gym membership since they have everything at Ultimate Fitness.
