PES Select Peanut Butter Cup Recipe Challenge!!

booneman77 hooked me up with a mini tub of PBC and I'm going to break out my no-bake (~2 minute) donut hole recipe this weekend :)

I entered it into a recipe contest about a year ago on a raw food online retail website and won a $100 gift card. Is it simple and unique enough to top The Solution's smorgasbord of entries? Time will tell lol

I keep hearing no bakes and getting excited! :D
Get that entry in! No harm in trying.

Recipe
5.3oz Yogurt (150g)
1 Scoop PB Cup Select
10g Cocoa Powder
3g Splenda
Dash Vanilla Extract
60g Complete Pancake Mix/Flour
1 Graham Cracker
4 Diced Up Marshmallows (large) or 8 mini Marshmallows
1 Egg
1 Egg White
Dash Baking Powder

Directions

Pre Heat oven to 350 degrees.
Combine all Dry (Whey, Cocoa, Splenda, Baking Powder, Pancake Mix/Flour)
Crush up graham cracker into pieces and then toss into dry ingredients.
Add Egg, Egg White, Yogurt, and Vanilla Extract and stir together to form batter.
Use Cooking Spray to coat muffin pan or use cupcake linens. Fill batter half way to allow cupcakes to expand while cooking.
Cut large marshmallows in half or use mini marshmallows and place them at the top of the batter prior to baking (which will torch them in cooking process)
Bake 10-12 minutes and allow to cool for at least 5 minutes after pulled out of oven
Enjoy!

booneman hooking you up is awesome. :)

I may have to reassess my hatred for him after him bullying me for my injury lol.

Finally picked up some pb2 and mixed it up with some PB and chocolate select .. Little bit of almond milk, little bit of yogurt... It was so thick and creamy and tasted orgasmic. I've been dieting too long. It's bad. Lol

I think you should, he's a good dude. He was kind of enough to deliver my insider order of new Alphamine flavours. Get him back on the new/free product sample distribution list! I can't believe he didn't keep them for himself.

He's going to be travelling to Canada throughout the summer and I'll be seeing him a couple of times so maybe you can toss in n extra sample for me... Pleasssssseeeeeeee!

No bake crew checking in...

In Canada they are known as Tidbits or if you're in a Tim Hortin's - Timbits. I believe Americans refer to them as donut holes so since PES is an American company I'll go with that.

PBC dusted Donut Holes:
100g pitted dates
20-30g Select PBC

Throw the dates in a food processor and add ~25g of PBC Select. Pulse for 30 seconds to a minute until the mixture forms one big ball (it sounds like you'll break your food processor but don't worry).
Separate the mixture into smaller portions (as preferred) and shape into balls. Roll in PBC Select.

I thought of something today when I was using Milk Chocolate. I am going to change it around a little and post it tomorrow. Probably won't win though. Too many master bakers in here.

Your baking skills are legit, no question. I don't these taste delicious.

I was questioning whether how these are so dark with the PBC powder and no other "dark" ingredients like cacao. I was just causing trouble ;)

i have been addicted to milk choc select lately

It's been a while since I've had any milk choco. May have to throw it on the wish list this month. Been so stuck on PBC since the release.

Pretty pissed off... Day 4 of using pb2 powder and day 4 of stomach distention tightness and bloating. I haven't bad regular PB in a long time but I'm starting to think I'm mildly allergic to peanuts (digestive wise) :( anyone else have this issue with powder peanut butter?

Discontinue using for a few days. If the problem goes away, you know its the PB2.

Personally haven't heard of anyone comment on this though.

Seen this a few times... Some people cannot handle some protein powders due to a nut allergy.
Pull it to be safe.

Eliminate it for at least a week and once you get back to baseline you can try loose peanuts and see what that does.

I have a digestive intolerance to soy products and is such a hassle. Soy and peanuts are somewhat similar because there are trace amounts in a lot of products. You need to be cautious and use an elimination diet to isolate the problem food.

Thats the worst brother... Powdered peanut butter is such a calorie saver :(

I've been using it for a variety of things to add some life to my cutting diet lol but all week my stomach has been wrecked! Too bad :(

Is PB lean gonna be any different tho? Probably not?.. I don't think I had this issue w almond butter ever but they don't make that powdered

If you can't handle pb2, pretty sure pblean will be no different.

Life is not worth living

I even use gut health too daily lol idk if that wouldn't help combat it a little. :(

i use gut health and other digestive enzymes too. It won't help you for food inoterance

Last couple of days to get entries in. :)
