I know I read it at some point but where are you guys getting your Stimul8? I need to add this to my pwo. Can't wait to see where you are both going from here. Already made huge progress. Thank you! I just take Stimul8 for energy but now I truly know not to take 2 full scoops at 3 pm. I really don't take any supps besides my stim and my BCAA.

Thank you! In general, is suggest a multivitamin, Aminos, and maybe some protein if you have trouble getting enough in with whole foods. For energy and pwo, I like stimul8 the most. You can use my codes above as well.
 
Good morning! Finally feeling better and not so run down. Endurance was much better today! I am pretty sore though, so that was a nice challenge this morning. I usually have a rest day before my 2nd push/pull days but since I took Monday off, I skipped that in order to get all of it in before the weekend. Once I got the blood flowing all was good! Let me tell you I am some kind of crazy mess in my workouts! I should take a before and after to show the damage! Hahahaha

I thought I already commented on this but I guess not, I used to check out the dating sites years ago and I soon realized why all those people were on the dating sites, I mean if your a good looking person and your on a dating site 9 times out of 10 theres gotta be something that they don't want you to find out before meeting...

I don't think that's entirely true. I think a lot of people use dating sites because they don't know how else to meet people. I've been to bars and there are no girls there i'd want to pick up. As a rule I won't date girls I work with and I don't trust my friends to set me up. At least with online dating you can have some discussion and weed the crazies out a little.
 
Met my wife of 10 years now online. I didn't have time to do the whole date scene at clubs and such. First, I didn't do clubs anyway. Dating sites give you a way to feel out the person without wasting a lot of time dating a girl. Plus a much broader selection to choose from. You could waste months going to the wrong "clubs" looking for the "right" girl. A lot of professional people use the date sites for this same reason. Don't drink, go to clubs, etc. they still want to find the right one though. Like I said, 10 years married and together for 13. Best thing I ever did!

i agree, not EVERYONE is crazy online, but there are ALOT, ask some of my friends that knew me back wheni i was experimenting with the online dating sites and every person i met somehow turned out to be nuttier then squirrel ****... but i have seen it work out for others meeting that special someone and everything, i guess it's just not for everyone :O
