Good morning! Finally feeling better and not so run down. Endurance was much better today! I am pretty sore though, so that was a nice challenge this morning. I usually have a rest day before my 2nd push/pull days but since I took Monday off, I skipped that in order to get all of it in before the weekend. Once I got the blood flowing all was good! Let me tell you I am some kind of crazy mess in my workouts! I should take a before and after to show the damage! Hahahaha

Attempted 90 and I couldn't move it without assisting and cheating so I dropped it. Did the 70 twice just paused a few seconds as if I was changing the weight.
