I'm just doing in primarily to keep my hr up and burn more calories in hope that the fat will go away! Thank you Brian! I was pretty excited! Thought it was funny the looks I was getting from the guys (doing arms and talking) right beside me. HahaMy gosh that's a serious workout there! Pull down PRs are huge for a person at your weight. Means I should be doing 250-260 on mine(ain't gonna happen!).
