BPS, SNS, and PES fat loss stacks

What's up guys,

So after reading some logs I decided to guinea pig a fat loss stack and so far it has been going fairly well so I figured I'd share!

BPS Combustion (3 caps daily)
SNS Reduce XT (3 caps daily)
SNS Inhibit-E (3 caps before bed)
PES Select (cooking/baking/post-workout)
PES Amino IV (2 scoops intra)
ATHLETIX Ergonine (1 scoop pre training)
ATHLETIX Acute FX (4 caps pre workout on training days only)

Feel free to let me know what you guys think and some suggestions!

Just finished up week 3 today! Water retention is definitely down and I still feel strong and full despite being in a caloric deficit

I need to bring up my baby calves up to match my quads but this is me messing around with a vacuum...it sucks I know hahaha
 
Just going to finish the months worth my dude. It's just a test for now so I'm going to see how these products benefit me...kind of a learn as you go experience but I'm having fun experimenting with the different pathways


And I've only had yohimbine through multi-ingredient products so I never had the chance to review it solo

Very solid stack. Should treat you nicely if you go this route.

If you tolerate yohimbine, I suggest adding it in toward the end of your cut

I need to get the discipline to shed some LBs
 
I get fat just about every winter this is the first one where I stayed relatively lean haha.

And thanks guys Im going to pick up some yohimbine why not make this more interesting!

Appreciate it brothers I've still got a long ways to go on my journey but I owe a tremendous amount of my progress to the knowledge shared on this forum and the scientific data from some stand up companies. Supplement companies to me are like barbers, you find a good one you stick with them for life.

I don't really listen to music as much as I used too. I like the classic hxc/punk sound but have gotten more into metal and stuff.
 
Love it man right up my alley for sure and I used to play drums in a death metal/death core band back in college.

Hahaha I'm going to order some now! Recommended dosage?

I would start low to assess tolerence (3 or 4 caps) and work up to 15-20mg depending on how you react.

Thanks man! But in all honesty it's the lighting hahaha I'm a relatively small individual saying I'm 5'7" is quite generous hahaha.

But not for nothing the other guys in the gym always assume I'm heavier but then I step on the scale
 
In case anyone was curious, tonight was my upper body training night and the workout went as follows:

1.) Bench Press: 6 sets X 3 reps
260 for all 6 sets.
**3 warm up sets of 135, 185, and 225**

2.) Close-Grip Weighted Pull-Ups: 4 sets X 8-10 reps
I used only 20lbs I really wanted to focus on the stretch and contraction.

3.) Incline Dumbbell Press: 4 sets X 12-15 reps
65 for 15, 65 for 15, 70 for 13, 70 for 12

4.) Dumbbell Row: 2 sets X 20 reps
I used 75 for both sets really squeezing the **** out of it.

5.) SUPERSET- V-Bar Tricep Press Down and Incline Dumbbell Curls: 4 sets X 10-12 reps
120 for the v-bar and 30s for the curls for 12 reps each, 130 and 30s 12 reps each, 130 and 30s 11 reps each, and finally 140 and 30s for 10 reps
 
Stack ends in 2 days I'll be posting a final review on each of the products. It's treated me very nicely!

My bad guys I had a business trip and I haven't had the time so apologies for not getting it sooner!

Reduce XT: this was amazing! I noticed some definite leaning around the midsection and water retention was definitely decreased. I don't know if it normally has this effect but as far as mood goes, it definitely helped me stay relaxed and stress free...even when the boss is hounding me for paperwork. Definitely plan on picking up another bottle or 2 for an extreme cut.

Inhibit E: I have to say I enjoyed the reformulation. I definitely felt harder around week 3 and it complimented the reduce XT in the water shedding...will definitely run again with reduce XT the synergy was awesome.

BPS Combustion: Im pretty stim tolerant and I didn't notice much but it definitely helped taking it midday to enhance my focus and energy levels mid afternoon...especially after my boring desk job haha. I'm not too sure on how much the forskolin played into the body recomposition process but I'll definitely try a higher dose of forskolin next time.

Acute fx: criminally underrated in my opinion. I got some insane pumps from the Agmatine and the thermogenic effect was present when taken pre workout. Id sweat like crazy and I loved every second of it! My only complaint was the amount of servings. I definitely want to pick up more or something similar as Im not a fan of having to drink a pre workout...personal preference dont judge haha.

Ergonine: this product in my opinion lived up to the hype. I noticed increased endurance while training and fatigue wasn't as much as a problem as it used to be. I love having a comprehensive staple and I will most likely be using this every day from here on out. The nanaberry flavor was super tasty and I had no problems with clumping or it being grainy...I shake the **** out of it.

PES Select and Amino IV: Im reviewing these together as I have been using these for the last couple of months and I will be a lifetime user of these products. I'm in love with the research they put behind both of them and the taste (Blondie and cherry limeade respectively) is hard to beat.

Final shot Id say it's progress. Weight here is only a mere 4lbs lost. Currently walking around at 156.5lbs.
