Next PES Insider Deal???

I've used this reciepe and its always came out killer.

This was made in a blender not a icecream maker and that's LC pumpkin pie under it.

Comes out very smooth and creamy. Pie was warm too.
 
I use a Cuisinart.

I don't know the model. I posted a photo of it in the box on my IG page.

Takes about 20 minutes to make once the bucket has been pre frozen. Really quick and easy. :)

same here. The lower the fat the faster it comes out too

1 scoop whey
toss in ice cream maker.

You guys considering adding digestive enzymes to Select Protein in future?

Some reason WPC still fecks my stomach even if it is really low lactose.

That is awesome.

I think the 7s are an awesome addition. I personally plan to grab some soon and use them as client treats and dish some out at work for samples.

They also will serve me well for my frequent driving trips (much easier to toss one of those in a bag than a 55s haha).

Agreed. I plan on grabbing some for the exact reasons you mentioned.

Not really unfortunately; I've only been using E9 recently so not enough time to notice anything different than what I noticed from Amino IV. It was already working well, so I don't expect to notice anything dramatically different.

i hear you, I'm really just wondering if a point of diminishing returns has been established in the literature
