Great job Kat! Thumbs up on deviating from your scheduled exercises. Switching things up every now and then will keep your body guessing. A lot of people don't realize this as they sit on their ass for 10 minutes waiting for their favorite machine to open up

Got a spot on my incline drop set and was able to hit a rep PR! After that those muscles decided they were done- Keats giving out on me! Lol
