Great job Kat! Thumbs up on deviating from your scheduled exercises. Switching things up every now and then will keep your body guessing. A lot of people don't realize this as they sit on their ass for 10 minutes waiting for their favorite machine to open up ?

Got my cardio in despite not really "feeling" it today...
5 min walk to warm up

Tabata (20/10 for 4 mins+ 1min rest=5 mins x4 rounds 20 mins)
Jump rope
Box jumps (5risers)
V-ups
Riser jumps (over)

Sit ups

Time to get back to work... Short and sweet! As always, I'm glad I pushed through regardless of how I felt! :)

I always save some of the leftover bacon grease and drizzle it over my dogs food ... makes him very happy ;)

Good morning! Gym was put early on but they all started showing up about 5:30...had to improvise a bit to get things done into machine being taken. I really had a great workout!! Got a spot on my incline drop set and was able to hit a rep PR! After that those muscles decided they were done- Keats giving out on me! Lol

I should have bumped up the weights this am, but my hams are still bothering me and I can feel my left shoulder being irritated again. I also feel like I'm getting tendinitis in my left elbow. I'm falling apart, ya'll! This session felt like it was never going to end!!!!
