If you want to get the most of PA i would suggest Soy Lecithin granules.
Cheap and easy way to get high doses of PA. And you get other benedicial phospholipids too.

A concentrated PA product will NOT work any bettet than granules. Like Dr. Wilson said. Its not the % of PA which is important. Its the dosage.

If you dont want to take granules due to taste, other phospholipids etc, Biotest Micro-PA and EPIQ phosphatidic acid are amazing.

I ordered three tubs of Lecithin Granules by Fearn...so consensus is 30g of granules for 2.4g of PA?

Could I take in my pre-workout drink?

Or would pre-bed smoothie be better?

Thanks.

Yes, 2.4 grams, it's on the label.

You can take it all at once with your pre-workout but if you get the runs split it 2 or 3 doses throughout the day.

Great, something else to give me the runs along with F-95 and TMG.

I've been using those for a few months now...started out with Fearns...noticed no difference in effects...though fearn is def 'fresher' and tastier, in that VC, maybe being in a plastic tub, loose that freshness and they are a finer/smaller bits, sometimes powder...but gotta love that value...

I hope you refrigerate your raw nuts, too, given that those are a much higher fat-by-weight than lecithin granules.

If you read soy lecithin info/label, open box should be stored in the fridge

Uhm... you should. One you open the tub, you should store it in the fridge. You basically have a bucket of fat as that is what those granules are, granules of fat.
Ooooh, I'm living on the edge...bucket of fat, come at me bro :)

I'm pretty sure why many of these soy lecithin tubs state to store opened tubs in the fridge. So, good try at trying to be witty, but, fail.

I'm going by label directions. Many will state to store, once opened, in the refrigerator. Granted, we're mainly guys here and not many guys read instructions on labels.

There's a lot of CYA when it comes to that. Perhaps it makes the difference between a shelf life of many years versus the printed expiration date, but considering that lecithin is one of the most common ingredients in non-refrigerated processed foods, I don't think you need to worry.

Plus, a quick look at all of the top lecithin products on amazon (mostly caps) shows none of them recommending refrigeration.

I have a bottle of vinegar that has the same thing. It's about as meaningful as the "known to the state of California to cause cancer" labels. Companies have everything to gain by putting this on a package and nothing to lose by doing it.

I am thoroughly and completely unconvinced that lecithin requires refrigeration to maintain a reasonable shelf life. Longer shelf life? Sure. But that applies to virtually anything that's going to oxidize or degrade.

If not to prevent it from going rancid, then at least for trying to keep it from clumping. It clumps when you leave it out, I've done it before.

And its better taste too. I feel the taste is not so "Fresh" when stored in room temp

I have yet to notice any clumping at room temperature with the Fearn SL.

Combining lecithin with F-95 puts you at great danger. Don't start with the full dose pre-workout. Or plan on taking a bathroom break.

Never had a problem with this. Then again I take lecithin 1-1.25 hrs preworkout and F-95/Norco etc right before I start warming up
