Progress pic! I was flexing the other day and thought to myself.... Oooooh, I'm getting more a** muscles! :D Also, I measured my biceps today and I went from a 14 inch to a 15 inch. I freaked out a bit because I wanted them leaner. Coach said that I am leaning and its muscles growing. :D

I was so exhausted!!! My teacher wants me to get new gloves because he said with my power, my gloves won't last. :D

Rest day today! I don't even know how I will lift tomorrow! I am incredibly sore!! I haven't been this sore in a very long time! I went for a run/walk yesterday hoping it would help relieve some of the soreness in my legs. I will be going back to the gym to get in some conditioning/cardio in at lunch today. Maybe some bw exercises will help work it out! I have a deep tissue massage scheduled for Friday- might be pretty intense if my muscles are tender! Lol

I woke up sooo late this am, I hopped in the shower, threw on my gym clothes, and headed to the gym.
This am session hurt so bad. I took more breaks than ever and I felt like it was never going to end. One step at a time. Well, not when the weights felt like they were going to rip my arms off. The good thing is that I followed through til it was done. :) Oh and I'm down a lb. lol, I'll take it! :D

My essay was due at 11:59 and I turned it in at 11:59. I either love the adrenaline rush or I'm just a lazy bastard. o.O
 
Way to push through and kick some butt!!! Congrats on the lb!! That's awesome!!

Got cardio in at lunch--45 mins on the stair climber (15 HIIT) 3x8 wide pull ups and some ab work. :) Got just a little sweaty! The hoodie, stairs, and stimul8 definitely made it pour!! Hahaha
