Yeah its hard to get pumps on low carbs luckily my juice helos.with thatI always love the look and feel of being carb loaded. I don't know why.
Too long on a low carb diet and I feel like I've lost everything. It comes back almost as soon as you carb up again though.

Stepper pushed through for full 45 min got off legs were wobbly but I refuse to have regrets after the show I won't get beat becuz I slacked I don't mind losing I was a fighter and wrestler for years everyone loses but losing becuz you didn't prepare the best you could that's a killer

5lbs of chicken parmesian
5 8oz meals of terriyaki pineapple steak with 4oz brown rice
5 8oz meals of grilled tilapia with 3oz of baked potato 1oz olive oil
3 breakfast of eggwhites, turkey bacon, avocado mushrooms and onions with sour cream
2 breakfast of oatmeal pancakes and turkey bacon
