Thoughts: The pump today was off the charts I had a hard time finishing my 21's due to the pump my endurance is up and the pumped up feeling is continuing.
The ability to push though the last couple of sets in increasing. Looking forward to legs tomorrow.

Man, insurance companies are a pain. They don't want to answer any questions at all. I finally just called the adjuster and he helped me out quite a bit.

The quality of natural supplements has gotten so much better in the last few years. And if I know the supplement industry when the government taketh away we inventith more stuff ( not 100%sure but I think that was in the Bible)

Thoughts: Ok so if I may suggest a design change on the bottle, if you could make the push spout an easy twist close top instead of the screw top design it would make life a lot easier for me taking my bottle into the gym with me.

Youre telling me brother. I dont blame them though. When you are heading in one direction and then have to do a quick direction change you may need to do some regrouping.
We can all shake our heads in remorse but lets keep them up since this a log on a new application process to an already popular and effective product.

HOLLY BALLS I AM SORE!!! This is on the line with ARA levels of DOMS. I woke up this morning with every intention of hitting legs but I just couldnt get the ball rolling so I decided to do some foam rolling and some core work.

20 min of Foam rolling

Cable crunches SS with cable lower back extensions

Burn out on crunches

Thoughts: Even though I was only doing core work my entire body got a pump. Also I am starting to see some recomp effects taking place. Ill check my weight tomorrow morning to see if there has been any change.

I have a love hate relationship with DOMS!! Great to know you put some good work in but hate dealing with them the next day... That foam rolling should do you some good... Loving the log brotatoe keep killing it!!

For sure. I like them because I know I am working harder but it sucks when they become a hindrance.
Oh well, tomorrow is golf/ rest day.
 
sounds like td ep1c is working.

I am liking this more than the oral version right now i hope they move forward with this production becasue I could see using this and the oral version together.
