I may have one more day left in the bottle and after snowboarding and hiking for three days straight my legs are tore up from the doms!
I hit back today and just did some slow rep high weight work focusing on getting a full stretch and pump going into the muscles
Bent over rows

1 arm barbell rows

Wide grip pull downs ( almost a 160 degree angle )
165X10X5
Seated 1 arm cable rows
145X15X3
Thoughts: Well eating all of the home made fudge and cookies and home cooking filled my soul with happiness and my body with bloat but oh well I dont get to go home and enjoy the treats my mom and dad cook up very often and its back to the grind I probably have one day left in the bottle I throw up my final review either tomorrow or Thursday I hope everyone had a great holiday season! On a side note are there any Canadians that can tell me WTF boxing day is…. Please !
