Yeah. I've always crash dieted like an idiot (go from 300+ carbs to 100 or less carbs to cut and then from 50-100 carbs to 300-350 carbs instantly after a cut). Hoping this will help the metabolism and insulin sensitivity and ability to tolerate carbs better.Yeah no doubt the slow way is king when reversing. I literally remade my metabolism. Could barely handle carbs, and I was maintaining my weight at 2,400 cals and 149 lbs. Now I'm 141-142 and I'm holding steady at 2700 cals and 360g CHO a day, its insane how you can change it

it really is. I find it so hard just to not have a goal or deadline. If I have a deadline I can focus in and have no issue doing whatever it takes to get there... I hear ya. I mean I know I am going to compete again and I most definitely do not want to put on a lot of rebound fat because I've always done that. It sucks right now but I know it'll be worth it when the time comes to cut again. Hopefully will be able to diet down on a much much higher carb intake.it really is. My gym has literally zero effective machines for back. Cables and bb/db exercises are it for me. I'll also be out of my gym come new year as well but I'll be on the road so diff places all the time. I love hammer strength machines so I can't wait to get to use them since most big gyms have them nowI just love the look one can achieve from the back. I just wish my gym had different machines to hit it at different angles. But I'll be at a new gym at the beginning of the year, so hopefully they have a few that I would like to use.
