Dude you are the king of the WODI just did 17 wheel of death also. Mommy I hurt!!
I've heard good things about M140 too. That sounds intense.Ok for anybody doing this program beware of the finish on workout 4 of phase 3, bent over rows superset with deads for 6 sets of 8's with 40 seconds rest after each super set. My lungs almost exploded and almost lost my breakfast.
Enjoying your log DW.Fuggin volume!!! Legs finished of with 8 sets of wide box squats 40 seconds rest 4 second negatives!! Mother fugger...

Hell yah ..you know despite all the volume and frequency of workouts I am recovering very quickly...The diet is so synergistic to the program and you are in a sort of hyper recovery mode like they say.Kick ass u crazy old bastard! Yeah!!!!
Yah it's murderStanding wheel-o-death is killer! Nice job!
The principles are solid for sure. The plan is really good overall as it does really make efficient use of your nutrients. I am actually at a point where I can feel my body hardening as I take in post workout nutrition... it's pretty fuggin awesome.YOu are crushing it Doug! I am almost to a point I can contemplate this again. Although for now just using a lot of the principles.
Reading between the lines. Yah you know what this means. It means everything they say about the program is on the money. As time goes on your body just becomes more and more efficient. The training frequency looked daunting at first but now I just recover so fuggin fast. I guess that's what hyper recovery is. It's very important to get this right as the whole program revolves around this. That Sir is awesome information!
Got me firing on all engines I'll tell you. I don't ever remember recovery like this and I'm on an extremely high frequency with lots of volume and the intensity is madness. That is a killer natural stack Form-XT and Natadrol...
Yah will do some at the end of this... abs are there, still need cleaning up but they are starting to show good separation. I should be pretty cleaned up by the end of this. When do we get to see a new pic of the OLD FUGGER? Can be in just a tank if not lean enough that you want to show the abs yet.
I love muscle memory. We can get a bit up tight when we miss time and then... bang!! when we start back up .. it's quite a reliefNice work, I am already starting to show signs of muscle memory kicking in. Even had a shoulder vein pop out during todays workout and my shoulders blew up like balloons.
It's the best possible scenario for you I think. You can heal while you do this. You know you have to be very humble about the weight you use with this and lower weight does not impede your progress cuz your technique just gets stronger to the point where the lighter weight actually may do more for you.Give me a month and I will be looking pretty sharp. Still contemplating biting the bullet on the MI40 X2 program. I am feeling pretty good right about now and I don't think I will hurt myself with the weights he has in store now that my ART guy got out most of the kinks.
That's awesome!! We used to have one at the gym but it's gone now! Gonna go buy me one! I'm loving the epic too! Solid clean energy for hours!!This is why I do Wheel of Death, ran across this pic from a contest I did last year ... look at dem blocks <img src="http://anabolicminds.com/forum/attachment.php?attachmentid=107734"/>
Yah I am still flying and I took it at 7am will stick with me for hours. That's awesome!! We used to have one at the gym but it's gone now! Gonna go buy me one! I'm loving the epic too! Solid clean energy for hours!!
If you are a bodybuilder I believe you should, that's how I would put it. If muscle growth and shape is your key concern I don't think there is anything better you could do.You are making me wanna try this program!
Have you dabbled in Meadows? And my goals are aligned with bodybuilding, even though I will never likely step on a stage. If you are a bodybuilder I believe you should, that's how I would put it. If muscle growth and shape is your key concern I don't think there is anything better you could do.
No haven't heard of that one. The thing that attracted me to M140 is that Chris noticed that the program was closely aligned to my beliefs on muscle building. Being a form Nazi myself this less weight more technique methodology really appealed to me. Man does it work.Have you dabbled in Meadows? Holy smoke!! Way to go!!18 wheel of death!! which is a record on this particular surface
Thanks, I am a bit of an expert at these as they are so crucial to my core development.Holy smoke!! Way to go!!
As you know I have. If I had to choose on or the other if you can put your ego down regarding weight then MI40 x2 is the way to go.Have you dabbled in Meadows? And my goals are aligned with bodybuilding, even though I will never likely step on a stage.
Yes, a while back when Doug was having some health issues I turned him on to progressive style training with down time and more focused on growth without injury. As we have both progressed that has become more of a theme. I did the first MI40 and loved it. As a matter of fact it changed the way I workout forever. I can promise that even when Doug does another program he will always use his "intentions" and concentrating on creating the most muscle tension possible during the lifts. No haven't heard of that one. Speaking of Doug, I actually feel since I have been increasing frequency quite a bit I am ready to kick of the MI40 X2 program. So I am starting my primer phase again this Friday. I am not going to do the cleanse because cleansing type behaviors have become a regular part of my life so I see no need to perform a specific cleanse. Look to see me growing even more soon.
Simon, aka wasme I really recommend you pick up the MI40 X2 program, it will change the way you lift and live. You will be educated on why you are doing things not just handed a list of things to do. On top of that you will learn mind muscle connection you never thought was possible.
Thanks Chris. I am going to check it out. I have 2 weeks of Muscular Demolition left (with a quick trip to Myrtle Beach in that mix) so will take me 2.5. Then maybe I will give this one a go!As you know I have. If I had to choose on or the other if you can put your ego down regarding weight then MI40 x2 is the way to go.

Way to go brother! You are killing it I am really glad you are enjoying it as much as you are. By the way here is the link to the log I will be running MI40 X2 in.Workout one in the books 9 more to go. I am doing Saturdays am workout this afternoon and the PM workout Saturday 11am. Man the fuggin volume is intense my chest is fuggin destroyed. I am getting stronger at these movements though. I still do nothing like the weight I do with regular movement but the gap has closed some. I am so fuggin trashed but the nutrient plan keeps me going.
Physique Muscular, I took some more pics of her this morning cuz she is progressing so fast. I will have them up soon.Way to go brother! You are killing it I am really glad you are enjoying it as much as you are. By the way here is the link to the log I will be running MI40 X2 in.

I got her to snap a couple today...Sweet but hey man I know if you are taking pics of her she could easily take the phone or camera from you and show us what MI40 is doing to the Old Fugger AKA Animal!
Nice shoulders, traps, pecs, she is definitely looking good Doug!
Yah and a booty to die for but can't take much credit for that ...good genetics. The work I have been doing shows most in her upper body but she is very symmetrical now a real winner.Nice shoulders, traps, pecs, she is definitely looking good Doug!
