Good morning! Today was chest/shoulders. I was still a little sore from training on Saturday but able to get in a good workout. Actually looking forward to resting tomorrow! I can tell my body needs it! MacaPro is still helping with my mood and libido! I think I've got about 1/3 of the bottle left.
