I've been a 100% all natural athlete my entire life. Played Division I football and NFL for 2 years. People tell me I am blessed with great genetics. I think I'm just skinny lol. I keep really defined abs all year, but it's incredibly hard for me to put on size with naturally staying so lean. I'm a certified nutritionist and have been training for 15+ years so my diet and workouts are spot on. However, I'm really interested in putting on quality muscle now and trying my first cycle, BUT, I have absolutely no clue about how to best set it up. Through tons of research this is what I've gathered so far and I'd like your expertise because I want to use most of your products throughout my cycle! Please if you could help me set it up, it would be a huge help! Please add/take out stuff as you see fit. You are the expert!
Goal: Put on as much lean mass as possible with minimal side effects
Prohormones:
Mechabol: 75/75/75/100/100/100
LMG-25: 75/75/75/75/75/75 (Still deciding on this; not sure about dosage either)

this is painfully long lol. Im here to help though so here goes.
Ill start by saying your overthinking things and overdoing it.
Im also limited with regards to what I can say in thie being the non AAS section. So Ill only state one thing-
The base of ANY steroid cycle should be testosterone-
Im aware that the term "test base" is parroted all over the internet. Particularly among the PH crowd. They use it as a way to somehow think in their mind that they are using test as a base but only test is test. So, your only using a test base if your using testosterone. Period.
DHEA is not test and cannot replace it.
People will argue this till they are blue in the face because so many people repeat it that even though it makes no sense lots of people believe it.
So unless you plan to inject or rub on some test you cannot use a test base which is ideal.
You can, however, do your best to keep test levels at least sort of running.
This is done by using test boosters and by keeping estrogen down. It also helps to use dry (non aromatizing compounds) which I will recommend shortly.
Viron works very well to keep test levels up. Its a combo of tongkat and Boron.

I would use this on cycle to keep test levels rolling.
I think a combo of epistane and trenavar should do the trick I cant recommend a non sponsor so PM me and Ill tell you which one to use.

so cycle format will be like this-
6 weeks
Epitren- 2-3 caps daily.
Viron 1-2 caps daily
Follidrone- 2 caps pre workout
Cycle support daily.
Prolactrone for prolactin issues that may arise from the trenavar. 1 cap -2 caps daily. 1 should be enough.
Take it at least 12 hours apart from your multi vitamin.
Do not take any extra b6/pyridoxine or p5p with it or at all on this cycle.
PCT=
4 weeks-
Formeron- 2 pumps daily. 1 AM 1 PM. Suicidal AI is ALWAYS better.
Viron- 1 cap per day
Clomid if you have it. 50mg for 2 weeks and 25 mg for 2 weeks.
Start the Formeron the last week of the cycle.
You dont need all this other stuff.
If you want to take vitamins fantastic. Creating awesome.
You dont need SAMe or tudca or dermacrine
2 grams protein per lb of bodyweight.
Structure carbs around training and cut them off for the last meal or 2.
6 meals.
No sugar.
Lots of veggies
1 gal water min.
Progressive training. -
Get a log book or use your phone notepad. There needs to be constant progress.
