You do 12 week DC programs with deload weeks after.
My program has developed after years of DC training. Mine is very different but alot of the principals remain.
In fact its likely a good idea if you begin a 12 week DC program.
Mine is higher volume so...you can do 12 weeks on 2 weeks deload then go into my program.
