I mean unless I'm reading this all wrong: I don't see how anyone can have an issue if they are eating preworkout meal say ~60-90min actual preworkout, then dosing their preWO product 20-30min before the workout .... this is very well-known as a "preworkout meal", and then ample time to allow preWO product to be dosed far enough away from food to be most efficacious

The only one squawking and confused seems to be you haha! I'm the same! I have 1/2 a protein shake at 4:30 when I role out of bed and drink my pwo on the way to the gym!PR king, nice job man! I don't have enough time for a pre workout mean. I'm up at 5:15 every morning to train. There's no way I'm getting up before that to eat a meal
