On that Conqu3r, broheim!
Actually, think strength has come up some because I've been off for so long - 3.5 months at least since any peds. Now that I'm through the valley of the shadow of death, i.e. PCT, & been out of that so long, my body has fully recovered & I've been training at optimum off-cycle ability for about a month I suspect - the amount of time it's taken to really start to see any new numbers at all.
Also helps that I've been diligent to keep training very focused since last cycle (all my previous meet prep as was my PCT) & when I got colitis was the only week I wasn't training since then.
Current supps are:
Multi, fish oil, Animal Flex, bcaas/protein, d3 & b complex as well as introducing 20mg Ostarine, Nolva at night on feel of nips, some razz ketones about the time I started Conqu3r. I was told this was fine, as Osta has zero bearing on my performance - just wanted to try to push a bit of a recomp w/ diet leading up to this float trip coming up, & I'll ride the Osta til I get back on cycle (about a month from now).
Ostarine is great for the dieter who doesn't need the performance gains or want all the sides of gear (besides suppression & gyno issues, of course).
