7-spray should be on there for cortisol reduction. Found it much more effective than anything you posted
and to get this straight...... ArA basically makes your work out for muscle break down more effective? Hence why greater affect of DOMS occur? I'm trying to understand why taking DOMS in a pill will help me achieve gains
i enjoy logging and trying new products then giving anecdotal feedback, so i also like to defend what i stand for.
you can read studies on pubmed or numerous other scientific sites, i actually go to them believe it or not....but the feedback i get from products on this forum is what i rely on.
if not for sharing feedback why would we even come here to AM when there are no studies being done here?
therein lies part of the problem, sometimes..how those pesky variables are constituted, and the human understanding and extrapolation of what is revealedScience is real world feedback. It's people in the real world who have all variables controlled for ...
Thinking about mass550 heard good things. How is the strength gain on it? And does it cause any water reaction?
Thanks guy!
strength has been #1 area where feedback has really shined (altho there have been a couple different areas of positive feedback)...this is indicative of the compounds involved however, should be no surpriseThinking about mass550 heard good things. wow so good to see these "experts" from other companies, who have not even used the product nor apparently know much about it, attempting to answer questions on itseems like the ingredients (at least a few) are dosed a bit low. especially DAA (if i am remembering right)
its not even worth arguing with you anymore. funny thing is, i have used almost every finaflex product. thanks.strength has been #1 area where feedback has really shined (altho there have been a couple different areas of positive feedback)...this is indicative of the compounds involved however, should be no surprise wow so good to see these "experts" from other companies, who have not even used the product nor apparently know much about it, attempting to answer questions on it lqtmfor the record, DAA is NOT the active and focused compound, and yes while it is dosed at less than recognized serving size for studied test-boost action, that is intentional on our part; it is simply there for synergism in the formula (along with the small amount of fenugreek)....this is not simply another "me-too" test booster, in fact is quite different category unto its own honestly balla - if you know nothing about the focused actives in the formula ie Brassaiopsis glomerulata extract and maslinic acid, please refrain from answering questions about our products and focus on your own line of products thanks in advance
good, I am glad you will now stop embarrassing yourselfits not even worth arguing with you anymore. funny thing is, i have used almost every finaflex product. thanks.
no need to PM you. You know how I feel about you and your posting history. Especially with new people who are seeking help. Thats a different subject entirely. AND I HAVE NO AGENDA. If you could only see the PMs i get...good, I am glad you will now stop embarrassing yourself your post was absolutely worthless, irrelevant, and an obvious attempt to stir sh1t up for whatever personal reason you may have.. guy asks this and obviously directs it to me: Thinking about mass550 heard good things. How is the strength gain on it? And does it cause any water reaction? Thanks guy! and you answer with this idiocy: seems like the ingredients (at least a few) are dosed a bit low. especially DAA (if i am remembering right) stop your petty crap....I have told you privately if you have some sort of problem with me or the company, you can direct it to me via PM as for your using almost "every FINAFLEX product" as you espouse -- so what? more misdirection from you to cover up whatever your agenda here is..bottom line you have ZERO experience with the product in question don't go away mad....just go away
enuff said right thereYou know how I feel about you and your posting history.
Wow. So classy as usual around here.
Indeed.Stay classy San Diego. Same sh!t, different thread.

as for water retention, this has a built-in AI, so that should not be an issue at all

yes - in fact, the last paragraph of our write-up touches on this aspect..Have any data to suggest superiority or effectiveness advantage of maslinic acid over ursolic acid? Just curious, the latter being much cheaper to produce.
Supplements containing ursolic acid are starting to gain popularity due to recent studies of its effectiveness. However, the oral bioavailability of maslinic acid is far superior compared to other triterpenoids such as ursolic acid. A study investigating the intestinal uptake of Ursolic Acid (from an ethanolic extract of Sambucus chinensis) found that a dose contributing 80mg/kg bodyweight Ursolic Acid had about an 0.6% oral bioavailability based on the compound's AUC. However, in recent study illustrating the bioavailability of maslinic acid, the research showed that after the administration of 50mg/kg Maslinic Acid to rats, Maslinic Acid reached the blood and was detected in plasma at 60min (3.08±0.02μM). This confirms that oral bioavailability of maslinic acid is far superior to that of ursolic acid.
Anecdote has its place, and that place is when scientific evidence is lacking. A great example is epicatechin...not much scientific evidence in humans, so anecdote speaks volumes as you can see from forum feedback.
But when science is present, it certainly takes priority over anecdote. Science is real world feedback. It's people in the real world who have all variables controlled for except for the new thing they're testing. Anecdote is real world feedback without variable control and without placebo control. It's also only done on one subject (yourself) so the probability of things happening by chance is much higher.
the problem is that as good as the science might be, as long as there are people involved misinterpretations and mistakes WILL be made, not to mention corruption.
there is nothing that is failsafe...just ask the government scientists whose failsafe security systems are hacked daily by the chinese.
I completely agree. Biases in research run quite rampant as well. But biases in anecdote...well that's biased by definition
most natty supps are crap. the placebdrones are out in force on this board tho.
Some peoples' outlooks are so bleak. I can't help to think though, with stuff like marijuana, aloe, caffeine, and betaine (to name but a few pretty kick ass natural substances that have a multitude of benefits) there has to be something(s) out there that is/are extremely potent as a mass builder/strength gainer/body builder's dream etc... The industry is now being forced to find it and I have faith that it's going to happen.you have to be kidding...with the restrictions the fda keeps putting on supplements the progress that has been made over the last 10 years has been remarkable!!!

Best joint formula?... Go'
What are yalls thoughts on iforces potassium nitrates?
Any nitrates work well. I like Kno3 because its bound to potassium and has the inclusion of Vit C. Betaine Nitrate (Max Pump) is another great product.
Best joint formula?... Go'
Joint product you have to check out Flexible, the stuff is amazing. I love Super Cissus as well for joint pain.I've tried the Potassium Nitrate it's good stuff, I'm loving MAX PUMP tho, good dose of Betaine + Nitrates, can't go wrong. What are yalls thoughts on iforces potassium nitrates?
I would suggest starting at 4 caps pre workout. No need to jump immediately to 1.5g.With X factor I've got it sitting in my cart but not sure whether to get 2 or 3 bottles, so either dosing it at 4 caps pre for 50 days or 6 caps pre. What do you guys think? Has anyone had better success at the higher run? I'm around 180lbs, bulking and have done an X factor run before. Also I'm thinking of adding anabeta with it Cheers

Maybe like halfway through? I did a few days at the end if my last run and just noticed those doms everyone mentions much more. Don't know if that's just an amplified side effect or an indicator if it's working
Thankyou! I might save the money and grab some others to stack with it, cheersAmplified side effect. You can dose higher as needed if you prefer. 1.5g is my sweet spot but i still only use two bottles
Anybody know if Antaeus labs achilles taste horrible uncapped? I have a hard time swallowing pills!
