DW looking great buddy what size are dem legs?

Last I checked, just south of 27" but may be slightly smaller now bc there's is literally no fat on my quads, just a pinch on my lower glutes

Waist is just south of 30" so hopefully by next competition season they'll be the same size!!!!

Right of center. 11 in our class, I'll get a video up soon. Lights were bright as fuuuuck.

I was def the best conditioned :thumbsup: hard to get pics bc lighting was pretty whack, even the stage lighting was bright AF.

I'll try and get some tonigh. I'm fuller now but a not as "tight"

Thanks. That was my mandatories. I'll get top 5 up later tonight. I was best conditioned period lol. I'm a pretty humble guy but I have all my hammy lines and feathered quads and separation in my abs lol

Looking diced man. Did the guy in turquoise on your right forget to cut, or what? Looks like he skipped leg day a few times too. Too bad for him they stuck him next to you ;)
 
Took 5th :sad: I was the lightest of the top 5 by about 10lbs so it is what is is. Went with size over conditioning. All I can do is come back next year 10lbs heavier and in better shape like I did last time

Hell of a job man. You were shredded and looked awesome. Size will come and so will that fukin trophy!

Pre workout meal is looks like a shake and 2 donuts :thumbsup: gonna hit a light pump sessions of cheat an shoulders with some egg whites and all French toast and pancakes in the TRi-county area post workout.....then heading back home

Weight was 193 this morning (+7lbs from weigh-in weight)

I'm back to eating clean. Here's an example of what I'm eating this week and will adjust each week for slightly more cals/carbs.

Meal 1
2 cups egg whites
1/2cup GF oats
1/2tbs EVCO

Pre-workout
1 scoop whey
1/4cup Cream of Rice
1TBS almond Butter

Intra
15-25gr Peptapro
60-90gr HCBD
10gr Aminos

Post Workout
6oz Chicken
2 cups white rice

Meal 4
6oz 93/7 turkey
1 cup Jasmine Rice

Meal 5
6oz 97/3 GF beef
2 cups greens

Meal 6
1cup FF cottage Cheese
1/2scoop Casien
1 cup Mixed berries

That's training days. Off days (today) is slightly different. Carbs are reduced by about 50gr and fat is increased by about 10gr (calories about the same)

I'll add about 300 calories a week for the next 4 (mostly carbs) then re asses my diet and body comp.

I planned on loosely following ole JM principles this off season (especially while being natty) but after listening and reading a lot of. Matt Porter stuff and his interview with Milos today I'll switch some things up when getting back "on". Not that meadows, Porter and Milos are very different but I'll employ 4-6 weeks of super High carbs (~800) & 2 a day training with trace fats.
