Looking like a stud Edge, you definitely have the physique for competition. By the way you can absolutely compete with only 3 workouts a week. I know this for a fact. My first show i did 3 full body workouts a week then did cardio or took walks on my off days. Ended up looking pretty damn good up on stage.

Today was a rough day.....my wife ia pretty sore from her operation.

Stayed in bed most of the day, giving orders:(

Oh well, at least I spend most of my time with my baby girl.

Now I'm dead tired....but....just did some ab wheel roll outs.

Feel my abs, lats and triceps burning:)
 
Hope your wife heals up fast bro. My wife for sure takes are of me more than I do her.

My wife had a rough day. Went back to the hospital, because something didn't feel right.

Made an ultra sound echo and a blood test. ....Came back nothing.

Hope she starts feeling better soon. Being a stay at home dad and nurse was fun for a week....but right now I can't wait to get back to work and the gym:(

Tomorrow last day on cycle.

Upped the furaza to 6 caps and ran it solo the last week.

Must say....absolutely sweet. Feel pumped and hard all day:)

Next cycle somewhere september, hoping to bridge in between with our ostarine when it comes out and our form.

Hopefully some gym time next week. My wife ia feeling a bit better finally.

Felt awesome. Tried something different. Started with incline hex presses to get some more work done on the inner pecs.

If I do them third or fourth exercise I mainly feel the shoulders and triceps.

Been too lazy to post weights. Will do next time;)

Seriously, some are very interested in lifting and go to the gym regularly.

Cool to tell them what to do and not to do. So many stupid things being told at gyms.

I found out by trial and error. If I can stop them from making the same mistakes, than I feel great;)
